Keep screwing up drink order. Receiving cold foam instead of cold brew. Won’t order fountain drinks because they taste like sanitizer. Please read the whole thing. Last word changes drink to trash

This goes out to Ronnie the absolute man. My friends and me were drinking. Yes we had a sober driver. We order 100 nuggets at 10:30 and they close at 11 we show up they ask us to pull to side no problem we’re bumping some fire music Ronnie also gets down with the music a little which made this experience as amazing as it was. Now comes the nuggets the server runs it out and Ronnie is right behind them making sure the transfer goes smoothly, and we ask the server is all the sauce in there and the server goes yes it is. You know how fast food can be so we double check and Ronnie goes “ you know you better double check that if there sauce isn’t there they are definitely coming back”. But guess what all the sauces were there and extra who would have thought. Hands down the best Wendy’s on cape, there for the people and have amazing service.

This is a great Wendy’s in a convenient location. The employees are very nice. The food is good 99 percent of the time but sometimes the burgers are inedible either because they have been sitting in the kitchen a long time or it’s an odd hour for food.

They have a lot of employees for how slow they are. I think they’re just undertrained. It seemed like some of the newer employees were just messing up the orders or standing around because they’re not sure what they’re supposed to be doing. Their kitchen looked packed with staff. I assume that’s why it takes so long to get your order from this location. The women working the register was extra rude and seemed mad she was working like three different stations. I get they’re not organized and that’s frustrating but don’t take it out on the customers.

Ordered a Dave’s triple via DoorDash & the patties were RAW. Tried calling the store & nobody answered at all. This store needs to get the Health Department called on it. Absolutely disgusting. You can get people sick with Food Poisoning with raw hamburger. Do better!!!!

They are incapable of doing door dash and uber eats. They had 25 minutes to make and bag ONE burger meal. The restaurant is dead and no one at the drive thru.
