Definitely one of the best Wendy’s around. There is nothing better than biting into a hot burger, and you can feel the cold of the tomato slice (means this burger hasn’t been sitting around under a heating lamp).
Always fresh, fast, and friendly. As a professional complainer, I’d let ya know if there was an issue at this Wendy’s. Special thanks to the crew and management here!!!

Chicken was rubber. For $30.00 food this was a disgrace. Keep in mind no one there so it wasn’t busy for the food to be gross and cold fries.

Halfway through my burger I felt a weird texture and after spitting it out I realized I had plastic in my sandwich. I was so disgusted I vomited most (hopefully all of what I had already eaten. There’s no excuse for cross contamination in a food place. I’ve been nauseous for hours since this took place. I’m honestly traumatized and will never look at a Wendy’s “restaurant” the same again. Also the employees lack manners and customer service skills.

That was the worst burger I have ever ate in my life. The reason why I didn’t go back there last night was because it was too rainy. That burger was old. I threw the whole order in the trash, including the drink cause at that point I lost my appetite

Stopped by to get a burger while I was on the go. I ordered two Junior hamburgers and what I got was two burgers with an excessive amount of ketchup to where it was inedible and nothing else that it was supposed to come with. Buns were cold and I wasn’t turning back to get a replacement. I will never be stopping there again. Would not recommend.

Edited to add most recent experience 4/14/23 ordered the chicken wrap that recently came back, which there is a sign for when you order and literally received a bunch of cut up chicken in a wrap. See picture
The worst Wendy’s. Every single time they mess up the order. How hard is it to make a plain cheeseburger! Always double check before you leave and never get delivery! Worst part is when you tell them it’s wrong the employees make you feel bad about it!

Past 5 plus times I’ve gone I’ve put in a mobile order over 20 minutes ahead of time. Never a large order never anything complex and every single time I’m told to pull my car over to the side because the foods not ready. I could see if they were busy but they never are, I wouldn’t order ahead if I had time to sit and wait.

First time I have come to this Wendy’s. The beverage dispense was out of nearly every beverage on the menu, on a Sunday evening. The only drinks available were diet iced tea, sugar free root beer, and sparkling water.
The staff and crew were working hard, and very busy, the cleanliness was excellent, and the wait was reasonable for a busy evening.
I had to raise my voice to get the attention of the shift leader, and ask if they had fruit punch or coke available for the drive through. They had no fruit punch, not even on the drive through side.
I think next time I am desperate for a quick bite after a very long day I would be better off going further down the road for something more reliable.
Apparently the customer facing beverage dispenser is an extremely low priority item for maintenance and refill. This reflects a lack of concern for the customer on the part of management.
Duly noted, and I will avoid in future.

I’m sorry. This Wendy’s location has really gone downhill! The food is never fresh and they are always out of sweet and sour sauce. I received old nuggets and the croutons for my salad were all crumbled! Not good.
