bought a Dave’s single and the patty was raw. Considering the recent e coli outbreak, you would think they would be more careful with the food they are serving customers. I also sent a complaint to Wend’y corporate via email and never got a response.

DO NOT USE DRIVE THROUGH unless you want to be stuck taking to an AI who is so unintelligent that it mistakes the word milk for no, the word coke for no, the word yes for no…. But at the end it didn’t understand the word no. This is as hopeless as it was useless. I’m never giving my business to a company who cares so little for it’s customers that it can’t even have decency to speak to you when taking your money for what is already sub par service. Shame on you. And shame on whoever thought replacing humans was a good idea

Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Food was inedible. Fries were cold rubber, the “baconator” (pictured) had bacon bits, the Dave’s single had tomato skin and tasted like it was cooked yesterday. Zero customer service from the point we ordered until we got the food.

Food is almost always cold, tables are always dirty, employees look at you like your bothering them when your trying to order food. They also lock their doors randomly at times and only want drive-thru orders. Might be worse Wendy’s I’ve ever been to.

Update : they still suck nothing has changed and the managers seem not to care about customer service, especially the one with the glasses. Place should shut down and everyone should be retrained or reassigned. Disgusting !

The best way to sum up today’s visit is to let you know that the guy taking orders at the drive through decided to argue with me that lettuce is a leaf and not a vegetable.
If that doesn’t sum up the quality of this visit, let me continue.

The half stem of lettuce i got was akin to a parsley garnish.
Nestled snugly next to the handful of pickles I asked to have removed.
Topped with a tomatoes slice so soggy you’d think it was a circular-ish red tissue.
Paired with 2/3s of a small fry, no salt of course.

Also, can we please agree that lettuce IS a vegetable?
I feel like that’s important information to be aware of, when a significant element of your job is knowing what buttons to push when someone asks you to please add all veggies.

Awful. Always something here whether it’s in person or through DoorDash. Attitude, long wait or never even getting your order. For years it’s been like this too I avoid going here and anytime I do I regret it.

This is probably the worst Wendy’s around. They constantly mess up door dash orders they never put the safety seal on the bags they forget drinks constantly and unfortunately DoorDash does not always tell us what items we should be receiving. If I could give zero stars I would.

You can tell Wendy’s is struggling cause this place has not changed.

DoorDash orders are not being placed on the brand new shelf they just got specifically for DoorDash orders. They are just being left on the counter and staff will not acknowledge you, until they absolutely have to.

They lock the door to the dining room whenever they want with no warning. They don’t put a sign up. As a dasher I’m always told I can’t come through the drive through, but the door will be unlocked one hour and locked the next (no exaggeration). Jason is more concerned with where I park, than his horrible reviews, customer service, or even just trying to make this location better in anyway. I do not eat from this restaurant, I can only imagine what goes on in that kitchen.

They don’t even turn on the lights at night.
