Choose the difference is correct, choose anywhere else to go but here. Food is inconsistent if not cold. Employees could hardly care less if they get the order right never mind and form of smile. Always a last resort if I need something quick and then realize again and again why I don’t go here. From breakfast to lunch to late night it is a consistent disappointment

The door says the hours “dining room 10:00” so why am I stuck in the drive through line to get French fries for my girlfriend at 8:30? If I didn’t mobile order ahead of time I wouldnt have wasted my time at this location. It’s a joke and the fact a worker saw me at the door and just shook his head and pointed to the drive through is laughable. Didn’t even have the decency to talk to me. If I was told they were understaffed and had to close the dining room I’d understand but the disrespect is insane. Food was cold by the time I got it.

It seems like they never have lettuce, and even less tomatoes. This is the second time we’ve ordered from this location, and everything was terrible. They only put one small strip of lettuce, the fries taste like they were fried in old oil, and the sandwich never comes as we ordered. Today I ordered a Baconator with extra lettuce and tomato, and it didn’t come with any. Terrible service — last time we went through the drive-thru, the staff were arguing and we could hear them from the window. I’ll never come back, and I recommend that no one eats at this place. A terrible place to spend your money. Disgusting!

Literally the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to waiting 33 minutes for my food. 6 ppl Infront of me inside after 10 minutes the manager goes ” oh we don’t have cheese” the “oh we don’t have fries” then disappeared stopped filling ordered for 10 minutes comes back and says “we just waiting on fries” well gives me my order. And they didn’t even make my food right. Poor management poor communication skills multiple ppl just left without there food

Got to the soda machine both were dirty, poured my drink and it was extremely flat. Then when i sat down and unwrapped my burger the bun was soaking wet. I took a small bit anyway and it tasted disgusting, like something was wrong with them meat. First and only time I’ve thrown away an entire meal and left please do not go here

Wendys has been a tough place for some time. They are very inconsistent so leaving a review is difficult. The inside of the store is sometimes closed due to being short staffed, other times I wish it were closed as the staff is just totally discombobulated. Sometimes its clean inside, other times its a mess. The food seems to be the only thing that is good, as long as its made correctly.
Wendys is honestly the last place I will go, only in a pinch because of the inconsistency which stinks because I do like their food better than any other fast food place in the area. If they could just get their staffing under control, they would be #1!

I was happy with this service until I went up and asked for a packet of sour cream. I said, excuse me and a gentleman looked at me who was shuffle in the fries get around talking to a girl, and he saw me and told her he saw me and she just shook her head and laughed and walked away. I stood there for another 45 seconds and walked around the corner and looked over as the manager was speaking to a customer in the drive-through and the girl who decided to ignore me when her coworker told her about me is waiting there to give the bag of food to the customer, but the manager is in the way. So I said excuse me, she ignored me again. If you go to work in the customer service field if you don’t enjoy your job if you don’t wanna make every customer happy don’t work in this field. I did my entire life as much as I didn’t wanna work or help people. I still did it. Maybe it’s time to retrain your staff there on customer service etiquette. Besides that the food was great.

I can’t say enough good things about the employees that work at this Wendy’s. I often order via mobile pick up when I’m at work and by the time I get there, everything is always waiting for me and everyone is super nice and friendly.

I eat fast food like once every few years. My niece wanted Wendy’s. We ate inside. No ketchup. Only about 5% of the sodas were working. They forgot one fry. Bathrooms out of order. Seat cushions ripped. Food was haphazardly assembled.
