Classic Wendy’s with fresh hamburgers. Sure, the drive-thru late at night may be slow, but be patient. The people working here were nice to me and my order was hot and delicious. No complaints here!

Whenever I order breakfast, they make lunch. Today is the 2nd time in a row. Last
time I ordered a baconator breakfast sandwich and a vanilla cold brew coffee, what do I get? Chicken sandwich and a vanilla frosty. This time same order but with a lemonade, what do I get? Baconator burger, regular fries instead of homestyle, and an orange juice. This Wendy’s is very RNG based, would not reccomend

ordered 2 chilis and there all over the place . covers were not put on correct. and chili to hot maybe melted cover – thats what was left over from the chili.
Horrible place. should close it giving product like this and charging the way they do

Went to Wendy’s to get the new Takis chicken sandwich and I’m very disappointed. Looks nothing as advertised and it’s so messy like it was tossed together. Also looks like it’s missing something. Not impressed at all

Never going back to the Hanover Wendy’s. Manager had a medical issue and handles the food with no gloves. I went to get breakfast and I ordered on the app. I walked in and waited for about 30 minutes for someone to notice I was standing there waiting for my food. Everyone in the back noticed I was there but still no one approached me. Finally the manager or lead looks at me and says sorry, he asked me what I ordered and I told him. My food wasn’t even prepared yet after the 30 minutes. He comes back over to me with my cup and says “do you know where the nearest urgent care is?” At this point I was just shocked that an employee is asking a customer this type of question. He then sticks out his hand and says “look at my finger, it’s red and swollen and look how it looks compared to my other one.” I’m extremely grossed out at this point and ready to walk out. He wasn’t wearing gloves or anything to cover his hand. Needless to say I grabbed my food and walked out. I did not feel comfortable eating the food and hoped to cancel it on the app or request a refund. Wasn’t able to find that option in the app. I laughed when I got a survey sent to my email. I even selected “yes I would like to be contacted” nothing came out of that. I didn’t want to bother requesting anything from him as I feel like it would go no where and he would start going off about his personal issues which were already brought up to me from him. So, never going back again. Absolutely disgusting and someone with a red swollen finger should not be handling food. Where’s the health inspector when you need them.

So, people no longer take our orders, but service is slower? The ordering kiosk was convenient and somewhat easy to use. I liked being able to see the item I was ordering and customize it. It was odd that so many people were working but it took almost 10 full minutes to get my food. Overall I was pleased.

Awful service. Waited in line for almost 30 minutes and once we get up order they are sooo slow to respond. No customer service and they didn’t even tell us the total. Not to mention no workers apologized or provided any explanation for the wait. Many cars left line or drive by. They need more workers and new management. The service here is worse every time I come. It’s sad to see the downfall of this location because I’ve been a loyal customer for 10+ yrs but I won’t be coming back for a long while again because the service here pisses me off.

The night manager always pleasant even though probably wants to clean up and head home. Our go to spot after a concert in Boston. Can usually get there before 1 am for a saucy baconator.
