Not really complaining about the people. But they need to get rid of the ai in the drive thru. It’s doubled my order and it got almost my entire order wrong. When I went to go leave my sauces and drink was wrong. The girl fixed my drink but since ai didn’t get it right I think it had sugar and my diabetic mother unfortunately had some. This is dangerous if the ai screen can not get dietary requests it needs to be taken down.

recently visited your location and wanted to share my experience. The restaurant was busy, but the staff worked very quickly and everything inside was great. I especially want to thank the employee wearing a black hat I don’t know his name, but he is always awesome. He greets my kids so kindly, and they really love seeing him. I always bring them here after their soccer practice, and he makes the visit extra special.The only concern I have is that something outside the restaurant smells very bad, which takes away from the otherwise positive experience. I hope this can be addressed so that the environment outside matches the great service inside.

There’s no professionalism or joy in this establishment. Workers do not look happy working for the incompetent, lazy, unmotivated shift supervisor who just stands around on his phone or talk with his preffered customers at the front. What’s more is that the person taking care of my order insulted my options in front or me (lettuce buns, no mayo, or cheese, just veggies and mustard) by saying that it was pointless despite the evidence in the effectiveness of low carbohydrate diets (which he should consider, plus some weightlifting). A true professional should never insult a person’s purchase, especially not infront of them and a customer. Furthermore, he should not kick a customer out while he is being threatened by another customer with physical harm; makes no sense.

The workers don’t listen they are incompetent. I asked for 2 10 piece nuggets and 2 large fries and she said make it a meal it’s cheaper I said no and told her again what I wanted and she said so make the 10 piece a meal. I walked out. It’s like they don’t understand anything. I told you what I wanted and that’s what I wanted.

This place use to be such a great place to go … the staff was so friendly, outgoing and waiting 30 min for your order wasn’t that bad when you got the window and had fresh fries and friendly staff. I don’t know what happened but this new staff is horrible! Never again. All around bad.

I ordered a cheeseburger deluxe without toppings. Because it’s ketchup and mayo. No mustard. Well they through in a regular cheeseburger. Tons of mustard on it, and pickles. Person couldn’t eat it. I paid for a deluxe! I ordered for myself a Dave’s single with cheese. Without lettuce, onion, or pickle. It had pickles (a lot) and it was drenched in ketchup and mayo. It looked like they smashed it down to boot. It was a dripping mess. The burger was extremely dry and dark colored. So that went in the trash too! Over $10 in the trash. I will never go back to the Whitman Wendy’s again. It was disgusting.
