Absolutely terrible service. We stood at the register for 5–10 minutes before anyone bothered to take our order. The Baconator fries were made so lazily. The bacon wasn’t even cut, just thrown on in strips. The cheese was halfway melted, and it just really seemed like they were just standing around each hour for their money. No work ethic at all. The other Wendy’s in quincy is more worth going to.

No wonder why they have an AI robot taking drive through orders since the workers there clearly cannot figure out how to put and order together- get home from this Wendy’s drive through and what do you know no straws, no sauce for the chicken tenders meals, and they can’t even throughly cook a burger. Do not leave the window without throughly checking your order since no one there can follow a simple order.

I went through the drive-thru just this morning and part of my order was a Sprite. I got home and took a big sip and it tasted like it was HALF FILLED WITH CHLORINE!! Tried calling the store twice and (30 rings no answer) so I called their national Customer Service number and reported what had just happened. Not taking it seriously at all (employees must’ve left cleaning agent IN the machine!!) they just offered to replace the drink when I couldn’t even eat the food from being sick!?!

The lady at night late night she is amazing always on point. Always makes sure it’s fast accurate and fresh. I come at 1am my work schedule and she’s a delight to see in the drive thru I know my order will be done right!!!

We ordered at a kiosk, had to wait a long time for our food, and when we got it home we had the wrong sandwiches. The side orders were correct, but the sandwiches were from some other order (although they had put order slip stuck to them). Check your order before you leave!

I had never been to this location before. My youngest wanted to get a 6-7 frosty and so I pulled over and placed him and order from the mobile app. When I arrived at the speaker Ai asked me whatbI would like to order and when I said I was picking it up, it said it was connecting me with an employee. The employee asked for my order – so I gave the order number. I had never used the app before. He said no it would be under my name. I was confused because I didn’t enter my name to place the order.

He was able to find my order.

Got the Daves double, 2 kids nuggets meal, and Baconator meal with a coke. All Wendy’s locations seem to be struggling lately. The food was okay and what you’d expect from Wendy’s, but the dining area was very messy and clearly needed more attention. The staff was extremely friendly and polite, but it seemed like they were short-handed and doing their best under pressure.

The people are friendly and the food was great. My issue was with the door to get in (there are two doors on each entry way to the dining area. The first door on the side where most of the parking is was SO stuck and heavy I couldn’t open it).

Then, when I got in, I nearly slipped on the floor, which was so slippery. It had the feel of walking on a floor that someone had doused with an oily lotion. I was so scared of falling with my medical issues that I picked up my order in the drive thru instead.

As you can see, my ankles and knees are braced because I have Ehlers Danlos syndrome and sublux or dislocate joints easily. For fear of getting hurt, I took my laptop and went elsewhere. That should not be.

I’m very disappointed as I spent quite a few on my dinner for my family and I end up missing out two of my chicken sandwich. This is why people come here because they make it affordable for you to purchase food for your family but what got me ticked off is that when you called them just to let them know no one picks up the phone at all and when the voicemail comes on, it says it’s full Very disappoint I will never go back to that Wendy’s again.

This store is always dirty. Food is fine, and most of the workers are great just not a place to sit and eat unless your prepared to clean tables and chairs before you do.
