I am noticing a downfall in the quality in the food as well as the quality in the service. Prior to my last visit I waited exactly 4 and 1/2 minutes before anyone came to the counter. Acknowledged me and ask how may I help you? I ordered the biggie bag for $5 the bacon cheeseburger meal The food came out within 8 minutes One look in the bag. I noticed they forgot to add the dipping sauce. And the french fries were overcooked and cold. I did not complain because I drive for a living. I had to get back on the road. No time to waste this time. I enter into the establishment again. I waited about 3 minutes before anyone asked me what would I like then. The burger was definitely cold. The french fries cup was half full, the menu has changed the $5 biggie bag. Is no more. It’s now $6 for the same exact items. I am not sure if this is the best value for my time and money anymore

Efficient and polite staff. Consistent food qualify. Ran in on a Friday night and had my order within 5 minutes. Can never go wrong with the spicy chicken sandwich

Food: Lunch visit at 12pm, everything was hot and fresh. The spicy chicken sandwich (add cheese) combo was delicious.
Atmosphere: Super clean and large, bright dining room with enjoyable pop music playing.
Service: Very friendly service at the front counter, and speedy!

They lose my card in the drive thru. I check everywhere on my person and in my car just to make sure I’m not the one who misplaced it. Even though I don’t remember ever seeing it given back to me.
I back up in the drive thru to see if they got it she looks for 1 second and tells me it’s not there. I check my car again to make sure it’s not in my car, still not there. I go back in and say hey I’ve checked my car and my person and it’s no where to be found. All I get is “we already told you we don’t have it” by the women working the cash register with some serious RBF. All I ask is take an actual look longer then 5 seconds.

I initially came to Wendy’s to use their bathroom, but there wasn’t anyone in line to order; so, I decided to get a combo meal, which turned out to be a good idea and their new style of soda machines are absolutely fabulous. Everywhere I see these types of soda fountain machines business is great. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

They really need to be aware of the people the people who go to the restaurant theres one guy asleep at the table and another one with his dog which is not a service dog I love dogs but its not sanitary what if the dog uses goes to the bathroom while people trying to eat

Nobody wants to talk to you in this place. Not even “you’re welcome.” If I ever do come back to this location I won’t bother saying thank you, since me speaking is such an inconvenience I guess.

I was very happy at there new location in Saugus off RT1. Very clean and quiet. The staff are very polite and are always cleaning.

Food is great when the remember to give you everything, when going the through the drive thru don’t like when you ask for sauce or a drink tray.. did an online delivery last night and they didn’t give me driver one of my bags or a frosty. When we tried to call the restaurant there was no answer, I would’ve went and picked it up. Below par Wendy’s for sure.
