STOLE MY MONEY AFTER I WALKED OVER IN THE STORM.
Closed during the snow storm without notice or disabling their online order system.
I order for pick up because it was the only place open. Their online order system let the order through and charged my card. I walked over in the snow storm to find the store closed with no one inside.
Online system has no way to apply for a refund. They just stole my money. Straight up bullshit.

The Spanish lady that was the manager on feb 14 valentine day has the most horrible customer service I ever had in my entire life! This restaurant is a good spot to grab a bite to eat, it has the biggie bags that I recommend just in case you’re not that hungry and free unlimited refills from their fountain drink dispenser. Over all the place is good but some of the staff need to be taught on how to treat customers and charging for extra sauce seems ridiculous in my opinion.

Caught the lady messing with the food and mop bucket!!!!!! Karma will get them thankfully did not eat the food nor pay for it after seeing her. Fat kid in the sweater that works the window always forgets something, also the young girl and cleaning lady be careful locking the doors early. They laugh honestly are destroying this place, it looks filthy, whole bio hazard. Do not trust this Wendy’s. So sad honestly that this is even real.

The freshest place to get Wendy’s. The food looks like the pictures lol….sandwiches fresh and piping hot. Service is fast and friendly,huge difference in quality. I drive here vs the one closest to me due to the fact the food is fresh and not stale like other locations. I’m glad I have this location I try I never looked back.

These people have a combined I.Q. of a potato chip! This is the only place I’ve ever gone in my entire life that they get every single thing in my order wrong, every single time. It’s amazing. They give me the wrong salad dressing, screw up my daughter’s bacon cheeseburger, and forget to put sauce in the bag. Every. Single. Time. It got to the point that I started checking everything before I walk out the door. Of course, everything is wrong, as expected. Well, this time my ex husband went for me. I told him that they’re notorious for screwing everything up. He went so far as to check the burger, which of course was wrong. When he got it to me, YOU GUESSED IT! WRONG SALAD DRESSING AND NO SAUCE FOR THE CHICKEN! These people are IMBICILES!!!! Not to worry, I’ll not be darkening your doorstep again. From now on I’ll go elsewhere. These people should be making $2 an hour.
