I called in to make an accommodation to my DoorDash order (because you cannot do it in the app) and the man that answered the phone was SOOO nice! We even shared some laughs! It is so refreshing to have nice people handling customers. The food is also always so good at this location. There’s also a really nice lady who I’ve come across when I went through the drive thru. Unfortunately I didn’t catch names. Just wanted to express my gratitude for their customer service!

terrible place, I found rats inside of the store and I even found a string of hair inside of my burger that cost over $5, which is insane to begin with. I would not come here again and definitely not recommend my family to eat at this place.

I just left the restaurant had them re-cooked the food because my food was cold. They gave me another cold patty instead of re-cooking the patty after he told me that he would re-cook it absolutely the worst experience I ever had do not come to this location they have no integrity. They do not care about the customer. Absolutely do not come to this location.

This place used to be good. Today i ordered a biggie deal but my burger was not included. Tried to call the restaurant but no answer. In recent times past they made me wait for my food along the side of the building and would forget about me. I am waiting 30+ minutes in the drive thru line regularly. Little to any customers inside.

The fries were so soggy and the burger was really nasty, the bacon was burnt it was so hard and the chicken nuggets were cold I spent 29$ on a bacon meal and 8 pieces nuggets with cheese and bacon fries. Once I tried to call back and tell them, they wouldn’t answer the phone I called about 10 times.

The people here are so lazy and are just terrible, I went at 9pm and ordered 2 plain chicken sandwiches and when I get to the drive thru the lady tells me to pull up and park, I was there for 15 minutes, there was literally no one else in line. Go somewhere else
