My food is usually pretty good. I’ve had a couple of instances over the years where it absolutely sucked but 9 times out of 10 the food is nice and fresh, even at 10pm. Glad to see they fixed that nasty pothole in the drive thru from a few years ago but it looks like it might be starting to come back.

The absolute worst Wendy’s location I have ever been to. EVERY time, I am missing food from my orders. My boyfriend picks up our food from the drive-thru and never fail, there is always food missing, or they are out of something. Tonight they were out of chili and they weren’t going to give him my drink. He had to sit there until he could get their attention again. They NEVER answer their phone either, so don’t expect to get your money back if there is something missing from your order.

Great staff of very nice and accommodating people. The facility is clean and modern. Plenty of parking. Convenient location on rt140 right off 495. Food was fresh and delicious. They always provide extra sauces. The chicken sandwiches are less than what I remembered from Wendy’s. This is not the fault of the location. It’s a very busy spot especially for a late night snack.
