it’s ridiculous. i ordered the jbc biggie bag and for the burger, the buns were missing. tomato, lettuce and pickles were added which i did not order. the meal comes with a 4 piece chicken nuggets, i only got three which two of them were original and one of them was spicy. i ordered the original ones.

Horrible. They hire anyone. The workers don’t care hand you the food incorrect not cooked right. Always missing something. They never add any sause you have to pay at the window when they are required to give you 2 free sause.

Restrooms had No toilet paper. Asked the front for some and they gave us two napkins. Crew was not friendly and rude when I asked for pickles that I clearly added to my chicken sandwich. Restaurant was wet all over. Tables not clean. They had no condiments out or napkins for customers. Everyone was just moving around at a slow pace. We were going to eat in but decided it was better off to eat in our car. DO not recommend this establishment.

Worst customer service.
I had to pick an order made 1 hour Before. They were closed but the drive thru was opened until 2 AM. They asked me to take the line while I haven’t had to make any order than just picked up what was ordered before.
I spent 1 hour and half in the line just to hand me over what was ordered before.
This is crazy. I never see a staff so mis organised on the way they manage customers. This is a very bad service. I will never come back here and I do not recommend them at all.

Ridiculous costumer service, had a order done who never got to me, over a hour waiting for to be told they didn’t have my food and that the order wasn’t in the system, when I had clearly done it, acc the worse Wendy’s I gone to recommend the one near Lawrence high way better.

Winthrop Ave., Lawrence, MA store is beyond incompetent! They have yet to get an order right and pretend not to understand English when you go back, really?! I will NEVER be returning, it’s happened every time! If they can’t read and prepare an online order something is terribly wrong. It’s a ripoff and scam that ruins Wendy’s reputation. Literally leaves a bad taste in my mouth and deters me from visiting any locations.

WORST VISIT EVER! I bought a salad n it was discussing, the lettuce in the salad smell bad a taste bitter. I used to work there never onces i remembered that the food was bad. I can say that I’m never eating food at Wendy’s anymore the one in Bradford. Such a disappointment ☹☹. The serve me the salad on two covers no bowl with the salad.
