At around noon today, I went to this location on my lunch break from work and I was refused service NUMEROUS times. I went through the drive through and waited in line, when I got to the speaker an employee bypassed the AI ordering system to tell me they were not taking anymore orders after taking the orders of the people in front of me. I pulled out of the line and parked, and the people behind me were able to order and get their food. I went inside to try and order and was very rudely told for a second time they were not taking any orders but then continued to take more drive through orders as I was inside. All I did was pull up to the drive through and I was met with only disrespect from the staff.

Lots of issues with this place: ripped/taped seats, menu board screen not working, fireplace & TV off, and burgers crispy on the outside. Forgot the kids meal, even though it was first on the receipt. Frosty machine was turned off – they forgot. Huge inside with lots of seating. 2 high chairs. Not many positives – stay away!

I placed a pick up order for the drive thru. Omg. The WAIT for food was ridiculous. We’re talking easily 10mins at the window and that doesn’t include the 15mins of waiting for the people who ordered ahead of us.
Food order was wrong. My chicken wrap was beyond cold and the chicken was so dry that it felt like it must’ve been from the AM shift. Sauces? Completely wrong. So much ice in the drinks that you only got a few gulps before you hit the bottom. Kids and my mom said their food was warm and made right, only reason they got two stars.
Worst Wendy’s that I’ve ever been to. 0 out of 10 recommended.

Around 8:30-9-30pm I ordered on door dash and when my door dasher picked it up, it was the wrong order and wrong receipt. He brought it back to get the problem fixed and they were rude and did not want to make a new one. Next time tell your employees to not give door dashers or anyone wrong orders with a wrong receipt and make it fuss when someone catches them.

Extremely rude worker named Shanelle who wanted to give me attitude for simply asking for my carry out order that had already been processed and all they had to do was confirm it on their register after I placed the order 20 mins ago. Erroneously unprofessional for such little work

The food was not the freshest or hottest, but still acceptable. It was really hard to find the entrance to the parking lot and get to the drive-through because of major roadwork going on all around the restaurant, but I guess that’s not their fault.

Sunday afternoon. The floor was so sticky it sounded every time I walked. Fries cold and old chicken nuggets also cold and old. Chill beans were cold. Bathrooms dirty smelly, and the bathroom floor also sticky. You better off starving yourself.

Front staff manager in red shirt with black curly hair was rude and did not respect the fact that the food was overcooked, she gave me a face and one of the staff said “I told yall were out of tenders” very unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. Will not return.

The worst food and service. I came here after a redsox game on a Sunday, around 12:15am on 9/15 through the drive thru. The cashier lady was so rude and took a long time to hand me ice cold food that seemed like it was hours old. She didn’t give me a receipt and I ended up throwing away all of the food and going to the Wendy’s in Webster. Excellent service and food even at 12:45am. Appalled at the cashier’s behavior. Just wild, never seen anything like it. Seemed like she grabbed my food right of of the trash and threw it in a to go bag. The bun was a brick.

The food is fine, but they’re severely understaffed. Wait times are insane. I’d recommend going to a different location until they can hire more staff
