I ordered no pickles & of course got them. The lettuce had a rotten spot on it. The chicken patty reminded me of the formed & pressed ones you got in elementary school. Looked nothing like advertisements. The fries were soggy, over salted and left the taste of grease in my mouth.

The food is poorly produced and frequently stale. I’m surprised that the main company allows the franchise owners to continue operating with such low quality and long wait times for mediocre (at best) service.
Every last staff member should be fired and banned from ever working in food service. Perhaps a new crew would be better. They hardly could be worse.

I came today and ordered two sandwiches and they only gave me one in the bag and the girl who was attending tells me that if i wanted another sandwich to line up again and the mistake was hers . I ordered two sandwiches one for me and one for my husband .

Ordered a chicken ranch wrap and they barely put any ranch sauce. Literally a dry wrap and they wouldn’t give any extra without having to pay. Last time we ordered it had plenty of sauce and there was no issue aside it actually having more than enough. That’s not good service when it’s literally maker error.

Cleanliness is super important to me. Especially, when it’s a place where food is prepped and one dines. Didn’t sit outside. It was unkept. Wish I would have taken pics of the inside. It also lacked some tlc. This makes me wonder how disgusting the area behind the counter may be. I will not be purchasing food at this Wendy’s again for now. Will give them a visit in the future in hopes I will see change.

Awful service. Forgot three of my five sandwiches and I had to drink back for them because I didn’t wanna waste my money. Then when I finally get my food, I bite into my chicken sandwich and pull out a piece of paper the looks like it was cooked with the chicken. Absolutely disgusting. Will not be going again
