This was the fastest I’ve ever gotten my food at a Wendy’s. The guy at the counter was super kind and respectful. There was another guy sanitizing the drink machine and condiments area. The decor is outdated…felt like a Wendy’s from my childhood. But it was clean.

Firstly, I just wanna say that I have a hard time enjoying fast food. But one late night I haven’t eaten anything and decided to go to Wendy’s for dinner (very rare). Thank you Late Night Wendy’s employees for your patience and friendly tone/manners while at the drive thru. I had no clue what I wanted and felt like I took forever, but whoever was on that night reassured that they can wait until I decided. They were very fast and very kind when I paid and grabbed the food. Idk when I’ll next be there, but it was such a pleasant experience I had to share. Also, I ordered no salt fries and they made a fresh batch for me! Omg amazing thanks!

Absolutely disgusted with this place. I went a few days ago and it was good, other than the fact that my burger was cool and had to warm it up. I thought of it is as simple mistake. Today when I went a little after 10p , I asked for an ice coffee – which was absolutely disgusting and impossible to drink- cloudy, dark and extremely thick. Looks like coffee left over from the morning with a few pieces of ice. There’s no way that the employee making this thought anyone would be able to drink it. Again my burgers were cold, not warm in the slightest with cheese untouched, not melted at all. The burgers were supposed to have extra pickles and says on my receipt however each burger had one pickle. Considering the normal amount is two, I do not consider this an accident.
