While waiting for my car to be repaired, I decided to grab a quick bite at Wendy’s and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. This particular Wendy’s was the cleanest I have ever visited, with a noticeably well-maintained dining area that made my short wait quite comfortable. Additionally, the service was exceptionally cordial; the staff were friendly and attentive, making sure my order was perfect. Was a pretty good Wendy’s until they started hiring a lot of new kids who don’t seem to do a very good job considering they messed up my order 3 out of the last 5 times I’ve been there they also seem take forever even getting someone to be at the intercom to take your order. if you want fast food just keep go to Mcdonald’s or Taco Bell which are literally right there and they have much better service and they don’t mess up orders like Wendy’s.

This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had with this particular Wendy’s as a regular. A few days ago, I had food from the Ayer Wendy’s and ended up with food poisoning. Which is why I myself only got a Chilli this time. When I recieved my order, not only were the fries oil-logged and lukewarm, but most of the nuggets were missing batter and were pretty gross and lukewarm. The buns on the sandwiches were stale and hard, I was entirely missing a 10 PC nugget, and the junior fry had about 5-7 fries tops. The sandwiches themselves weren’t hot at all, and one of the 4 pc nugs was missing a nugget entirely. I brought the food back because the quality was atrocious and was greeted with a very rude manager who called themselves Cory. Not only did they glare and grouch at me the entire time, but they shoved a coworker aside and yelled at them to move. They didn’t look up my order and just went based off of what was in the bag. When they gave me my food and I went home, I found that the sandwiches were wrong(I’d asked specifically for no onions and extra pickles), there was mustard all over the wrappers, the buns were still stale, I was missing a 4 pc, some of the nuggets were still missing batter, and the junior fry was the same quality as the previous fries. Unfortunately, my roommate had to leave for work with the unfortunate quality food, so I couldn’t go back and just had to deal. I did the servey before I ended up getting violently sick the last time I had food from this Wendy’s. I never got a response. After this review, I will be doing another survey, and I will NOT be returning to the Ayer Wendy’s for quite some time.

Do your self a favor and get real food from a real restaurant. Fast food is no longer fast or cheap. Went here for lunch yesterday and the value meal came to 13 dallors because I wanted a large drink and then even though I got nuggets I was charged 50 cents extra per sauce packet. Tinys down the street has a burger meal that’s real food bigger portions and there burger meal with a drink is the same price.

The employees are rude and unpleasant. Orders often come wrong or missing. One time they told us “there’s no chocolate available” as the reason they didn’t include our frosty. Like we paid for that and instead of offering a refund or vanilla they just thought it would be cool to leave it out NBD.

I’m not sure if we caught them on an off day but we had to pull over and wait for our food for over ten minutes without an apology or explanation. This was a very weird experience for us. Will not be going back there! It’s too bad since Wendy’s has the best chicken sandwich ever!
