I saw the sign for the Wendy’s on I91. Was disappointed to see it was 1.5 miles off the interstate. When I got here at 9:45am on a Saturday, the store had no customers inside. I ordered at the kiosk and the manager welcomed me. I got a breakfast sandwich, cinnabon thing, and a coke. The wait between order and food seemed long, but that might be normal for a place that makes the foot after you order. The cinnabon was a bit on the cold side, would have been better warm. The icing helped, but it was still pretty dry. Hopefully not a long term product. The sandwich was nice and warm. The coke was normal. The restaurant was mostly clean, a few straw wrappers and it could use a quick sweep. The staff was stressed as a manager called out sick. This is just my experience but I would certainly come back.

The breakfast here is so good and it’s pretty quick considering how slammed they always are. Actually the staff at this one are unbelievably nice, more than I would expect considering how overworked they must be. Best in the morning. Protip: French Toast sticks are meant to be eaten inside.

My meal was absolutely delicious, I hadn’t been here in years and it was nice remembering the times me and my mother used to spend there before she passed. It was extremely clean and the employees were very courteous. The food was served pretty quickly but with the size of the kitchen I can imagine things slowing down a bit regardless I’m not into this whole new fad of getting your food instantly, as a chef I can tell you there is a time when your food comes way too fast and people should learn the difference.

On 3 different occasions they didn’t put my items in the bag in the drive through. This past time they gave me a huge attitude when I went back to ask for my sandwich. I looked in the bag quickly before I left and I thought everything was in there, so I went home. Realized they were missing a sandwich, so I went back to ask for it. 3 people were at the counter, but no one was acknowledging the customers. I said excuse me 3 times before someone spoke to me. They gave me attitude because I didn’t know exactly when I put in the order and they said I didn’t look through the bag enough. That’s not my job. It was sitting right there and when I finally got it it was barely warm. At least look for my sandwich before giving me an attitude

Wendy’s, 138 Federal St, Greenfield MA. I sat down and waited 30 minutes, for an order I placed, and yet the employees seemed more wanting to serve their friends, then anyone else. It wasn’t busy, and the fact that all I wanted was a 10pc. Nuggets and a large frosty, is insane. I watched other customers that had larger orders leave before me, and they’d order ten minutes after me. I thankfully got my money back, although that took another ten minutes, so now 40 in total, and I left. Mind you I’m type one diabetes, and had a blood sugar of 75. So honestly, they tried to steal from me and kill me. I won’t be stopping by at all, and honestly, hope they have to close up shop.

Went here to order on the kiosk. Minding my own business, in no rush at all. One of the employees gets angry and starts saying to wait on ordering but then proceeded to mumble about how “they were just gonna do it always” because “they always do it anyways”. I left immediately. Train and treat your employees better so they aren’t so miserable and overwhelmed that they are desperate for relief. Embarrassing.

Worst Wendy’s I ever had to experience. Everything is old and out dated and the bathroom as well as eating area was a complete mess! Whoever owns this Wendy’s should be ashamed they are stuck in 2000 and don’t even put any messages on the sign outside which shows poor management to lazy to do so

Me and my family came in for dinner Saturday night. Instead of getting food right away we sat at the table figuring out what we wanted. One of the employees just stared at us as if we were doing something wrong. Left and went somewhere else instead. Felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome. If I could give 0 stars I would.

You guys suck. 45 min wait for a 5 car line. Cold food, portion sizes are ridiculously small price is high for shitty service. Won’t be going back. My advice is for everyone who works there to quit because obviously working at a wendys is too difficult for you

Food was not what you would expect from Wendy’s. “Hot and juicy” somehow has morphed into dry and tasteless. No napkins in the dining dispensers, and the men’s room was filthy. (“I’ll tell the manager” was the answer from staff)
