Must go-So excited to find a legit lobster roll in the area! Wow, it was just like being in New England- we have family up there and rarely find delicious lobster rolls in FL. I loved the Maine cold style, my husband prefers Connecticut (hot). Also had the whole belly clams with fries and amazing. They were out of clam chowder, can’t wait to come back for that!

Stopped by on a Wednesday about an hour before closing, SO IMPRESSED!!!! I have been seeing so many good reviews and they were not lying at all. I have tried so many places in the area for oysters and this place beats all of them, extremely clean shucking and tasty oysters. This is a locally owned brewery and you feel so welcome immediately when you walk in. Prices are incredible, I will definitely be a regular. Tried the Connecticut lobster roll and clam chowder, both delicious. Also, it was so clean?? A little hidden from the main road, but I promise your GPS will take you right to it. I can’t wait to go back

Totally recommend. Very clean and staff made us feel comfortable and welcome. The lobster roll is fantastic. They have a few of their own beers on tap (Crush on Hot Blonde was real nice) and a few other more recognizable taps. Did I mention the lobster roll… so good. There is plenty of parking available once you get back behind the German American Club. Has a cool back door vibe where IFYKYK.

Welton Brewery has THE BEST oysters in St Pete! They are flown in fresh from Maine- we had mere points- they were so creamy and briny, served ice cold in their delicate shells. The clam chowder and the lobster rolls are authentic and delicious! Also, you must treat yourself to a homemade whoopie pie made in house by the GM 🙂 This friendly family owned business is a local gem that you must visit!

Well, if you are looking for the locally owned restaurant that brings in fresh seafood from Maine weekly, then this is your final stop.
Finally an amazing place to get fresh Maine lobster. Let me back up. The Seafood Chowder is homemade and is beyond wonderful. It was hot, fresh, full of taste and perfect to start your meal with. Now, back to the lobster that is brought in weekly from Maine, so good and amazing. The scallops that my friend ordered was amazing and the oysters he said were the best in the area.
If you are a beer fan, then they will have a solution for you as well that got the entire company started.
Check this place out today! Simply and perfect!! Everything is cooked to order and ownership is there if you have any questions.

Best brewery in town! They offer a great variety of beers, amazing food, and fresh oysters shucked right in front of you. The staff is welcoming, the space is super clean, and there’s plenty of seating. Always a fantastic experience!

Laid back atmosphere, good beer selection, and fresh oysters is what I experienced today. Key focus on the word fresh, let me explain. The oysters, brought in from Maine, are shucked right in front of you and taste delicious. They even went the extra, and proper step, of detaching the oyster from the shell for a smooth eat. The staff was great and interacted with everyone. Good space inside as well with a couple of TVs.

I’ve been looking for a great oyster place since I moved to Florida 3 years ago I found it. Oysters were killer lobster rolls were even better. Kalen made a lobster stew so fresh and so good, and I couldn’t believe the amount of lobster in each spoonful, it just kept coming. What a great group of people and you could tell they love what they do. It shows in the food and in the pleasant service. A good time was had by all we can’t wait to go back.

Wow! This was one of our best random finds. I tried the hot butter lobster roll even though I’ve been iffy on lobster in the past. I really loved it! Dan got a basket with oysters, full belly clams, and scallops. He enjoyed them all and I enjoyed the tastes of each he shared. Again, I really liked these even though I usually only enjoy fish. I had the opportunity to try a raw oyster, which I had never had. It was smooth, tender, delicate, flavorful, and a wonderful experience.
During our enjoyment of all this wonderful seafood from Maine, Dan (my microbrew snob) enjoyed flights of beer, most with sessional (low-normal) ABV.

What a unique little spot. Walking out of Pinellas Park and into a New England seafood joint. Simple decor, local kindness and service, delicious seafood just as you like it!
The family owned brewing company and oyster bar is welcoming. The oysters were great and the lobster roll was delicious. We opted for a Connecticut Lobster roll (warm with butter) over the Maine Lobster roll (cold lobster with mayo). I also love the “cracker oyster”…cracker with the fixins! lol
I like supporting unique businesses like this. I also love that they rent space from the Nonprofit, German American Society. Social entrepreneurship in action!
