Ever since my fiancée and I moved here about a year ago, we’ve never been disappointed with the donut shop. They are always so nice with big smiles on their faces and we always feel welcomed. I use to think I didn’t like donuts, but I like their donuts! Food is always good and reasonable prices!

Awesome, fresh donuts and kolaches! I had a strawberry filled donut, some donuts holes, an apple fritter, and a boudin kolaches. All awesome! If you’re around Welsh and need a donut, these are worth a short drive.

I was visiting Welsh, so I decided to try a pastry from this place. When I went inside, I saw they had a selection of savory kolaches. When I saw boudin and cheese kolaches on a tray, I knew I had to try this collision of Czech and Cajun cultures.
I can’t say I was crazy about the combination. The kolache pastry was flakey, kind of like crescent rolls from a can, and a little sweet. The boudin was fine, a little spicy, but the cheese was totally unnecessary. It was a carb fest for sure! (On a positive note, there was enough boudin filling to keep the kolache pastry from overwhelming the whole thing.)
The lady working the counter was super friendly, but she did try really hard to sell me a drink I didn’t want.
I would not order another boudin and cheese kolache. There was nothing wrong with it, but it wasn’t to my taste. I would try a sweet pastry here if I were passing through again.

The people have the best and I mean the best donuts around dunking donuts and Krispy Kreme can’t touch them. I don’t know what they do with these donuts but there extra nice and very clean they take pride in what they do so I’m sure that the love and care they put into them is why they taste so good. If you come to Welsh go get there food it’s great and fresh daily. There open 4:30am to 12:00 noon

Best kolaches in the parish the coffee and smoothies are great too. I spend way to much money there . awesome place and the donuts melt in your mouth the staff is very professional. Everything’s is delicious YOU CAN’T GO WRONG HERE! GIVE THEM A shot, you won’t be disappointed.
