While on our vacation to Portland, we stumbled upon this iconic, quaint cafe in the middle of Tigard. I enjoyed a breakfast burrito and my wife has a bacon, egg, and cheese that was simply delightful. Not only was the food and coffee awesome, the atmosphere was even better! I would highly recommend trying this place to grab breakfast and a coffee.

Cute place! Service was friendly but not too personable. Place was loud and packed so I think next time I will sit in the den. Limited parking. Food was okay, coffee was kind of bitter even with vanilla and honey!

The absolute nicest people work here and the food/coffee is always amazing. It’s my favorite place to work on homework. There’s a reason it’s so popular! Had a little miss-hap with my food and the owner was EXTREMELY kind and resolved the issue quickly plus was SO kind about it. I will definitely keep coming back. Not only for the food but also the sweet employees!!

I got the sausage burrito and it was okay. Super bland but okay. I didnt realize they had a dish section where you cleaned up after yourself so I did have to ask but everyone was super friendly. Great light atmosphere and everything was clean and beautiful. It was my first time here. Cute little place.

We went in for breakfast. I ordered the chirizo breakfast burrito and a vanilla latte. Food was great, it was a pretty good sized burrito. Good value. Coffee was quick and I was happy with the flavor.

This is a little tucked away cafe near Lowe’s in Tigard that has great atmosphere, excellent (if a little limited) food, great coffee and friendly service. I ordered the sausage egg and cheese bagel while my uncle ordered the breakfast burrito. Both were excellent and of sufficient size for us to make us satisfied. Parking can be a little tight with the upper lot requiring walking down a flight of stairs or walk down a steepish driveway. There is some street parking if the lot is full. Lots of windows and a fireplace inside make for a warm bright atmosphere. I didn’t test wifi myself but there were at least a half dozen people working on their laptops. Also, their packaged salads were large and looked great – I’ll have to try them later. Good find – I’ll go back for sure.

I’ve been here twice with friends to use a back room called ‘The Den’ (seats about 20 -25 people). This room can be reserved, not sure of the pricing since I was a guest.
Both times I’ve gone they set it up with drinks (water and ice tea), a table with chips, salad, and three kinds of sandwich (turkey, ham, and veggie). The room has three tables with chairs and a couple of comfy chairs. There is also a screen for easy power point, slide show, or video sharing. This space is really nice and quiet for group meetings or would be a nice space for a family gathering. I think if you had more than 30 people it could feel cramped. The room is really close to the bathrooms and exits right on to the patio, so you don’t have to navigate the rest of the restaurant.
The food is delicious, fresh, and filing. They use a really hearty bread and tasty sauces in their sandwiches. I like that there is a purely veggie sandwich for the vegetarians.
The building itself has outside seating that gets nicely shaded and plenty of indoor seating. It seems like a clean and trendy breakfast/lunch spot.
Biggest issue: Parking is extremely limited. There are a few handicap spots and you’d really want to get one of those spots if you had a hard time walking. I did manage to find parking about a block away and it was a relatively short walk slightly uphill on even pavement.

Terrible breakfast. Bagel was shaped like one but made from something squishy, almost like Wonderbread. No bagel texture whatsoever, and a flavorless dough. The “everything” bagel had a light sprinkling of seeds and salt, unlike the version you might get at a bagel shop. The coffee is from Sisters Coffee, which others have noted gets over-roasted for some varieties. Great space here. Good counter help. I wish the food and drink were of higher quality.

This is a great place for a light breakfast or lunch. The biscuits & gravy did not disappoint. The west coast tends try too hard at “elevating” the comfort dish. But this was not one of those experiences.
I also had a cappuccino (large 16 oz mug) when dining in and it was satisfying
The staff were friendly, engaging and had genuine smiles when they helped everyone. This is why I enjoy local businesses.
Parking can be difficult with very limited spots in the lot. (The neighbors have all their spots marked with their name or “no well and good parking”. There is street parking but it can be limited on weekend brunch hours
I think it is worth being patient about the parking if it’s busy. Enjoy the genuine joy the staff brings and the elevated Starbucks atmosphere.
This will be a regular stop for me from today forward.

I love coming here because of the atmosphere, adorable seating and fireplace – but the coffee is NOT good! These baristas need a serious schooling in making good coffee. It ALWAYS tastes off and burnt and just not well and good at all!!!! I keep giving them more chances because I love to come sit here and work but after today, I am so done. I will be back for the atmosphere but I’ll be ordering tea from now on because the cofeee is just too disappointed
and intolerable.
