The food wasn’t as expected but I still liked it. The temperature was not at right temperature. Very less interaction with the staff. Dine in Isn’t very good environment. Better to do takeouts.

Had lomein and general tso chicken- it was terrible general tso was dry and had almost no sauce and the lo mein is bland and smells a little funny. Something is off about the taste of the food. Made sure to tell me they aren’t coming upstairs bc I live in an apartment then asked for a tip…..Tip: gratuity is based on service it’s not mandatory… low effort = little to no tip. If u put more effort in your food and your service you wont have to demand a tip people will gladly tip you

Disappointing Experience
I recently ordered from Wei Chuan Kitchen in Little Ferry, NJ, and was extremely disappointed. I ordered the House Special Fried Rice with Chicken Wings and another order of White Rice with General Tso’s Chicken. Both dishes were underwhelming—the food was poorly cooked, lacked flavor, and the portions were sad. The chicken wings were especially disappointing: barely any meat and looked depressing. For two small, uninspired orders, I was charged $40.
I understand inflation is affecting everyone, but this level of quality and value is unacceptable. I strongly suggest checking out other local options, like Great Wall China Restaurant in Little Ferry, which has been far more consistent in quality and value. This was a frustrating and depressing experience—I wish I could be refunded.

When trying to order over the phone the woman was yelling over me to the kitchen, talking to other customers, ringing other orders… I was put on hold several times. I went through the order again to be sure they had it when she returned to the line.
The food arrived 50 minutes later COLD and as anticipated items I ordered were missing. When I called to alert them of the missing items there was no offer to correct, she just yelled “No! You didn’t order that!”
Not sure if they are short staffed, or very busy but the whole experience was very scattered.

Placed an order with the restaurant asking for a broccoli with garlic sauce and brown rice instead they just sent a vegetable spring roll. Called them back and the lady insisted that’s there but all of my coworkers received their food except for 2 other people whose orders were not correct either! I never received my order and the lady says she’ll make a small brown rice. I told her no there’s no broccoli with garlic sauce either. They made one too many mistakes in the past with our orders.
Food is good but their service sucks! They will not listen to your order over the phone!
They rush and don’t double check the orders!

Kitchen is clean. Prices are reasonable. Tastes are fine in most dishes. It takes cash and credit card payments.
