I had to repeat myself a million times when ordering, everything was put on the sub right except my bacon on my sub is completely raw. I spent all that money on a sub to not even eat it since the bacon was literally raw.

Planned to order 5 subs for tomorrow night. I am on hold (still) and have been on hold for more than 32 minutes. I guess Wegmans doesn’t want my business. I will instead call subway.

The level of food service knowledge has gone downhill at this location. Cross contamination is apparently brushed off as the same knife was used on everyone’s sub. The sanitizer for the knife wasn’t touched once while I stood in line. I assumed that multiple knives were being used. I was wrong. My sub ended up with “a blend” of the prior customer’s favorite after being cut. I was beyond disappointed when I discovered my plain $14 sub had ingredients that I couldn’t/ wouldn’t eat. Most people get multiple toppings, dressing, meat, and cheese, so if something is mixed in that isn’t supposed to be, will they really notice? My toppings are lettuce and pickles. Nothing else, and I will notice !
