First Time I have been to We Geaux Cafe.Went with 2 friends who have been before. Atmosphere was great.Food was Fresh Hot and Delicious. Our Waitress was Very Kind,Polite Respectful and ProfessionalDidn’t get her name.She checked on us and gave us Refills.The Quality and Quantity of the food was on point.Definitley will be back.Thank you for a Good Experience.

This is our third time going here. I’ve so far had their hamburger steak, crab and corn soup, and this time I ordered their eggplant parmesan (one of my favorite dishes). They give quite a good amount of food for the prices. It took me three meals to finish the parmesan. It’s a good atmosphere to go out with family. My grandparents love it there and they are picky eaters. Friendly staff. Highly recommended for a casual dinner night.

Not a bad place, mostly regular from westwego. I ordered a club. Came out really just a ham sandwich. Just a few lil pieces of bacon. Hard as a rock. Hamburger steak ok but no onions in meat. Good brown gravy

Tried this place today & the food wasn’t good. The crab balls are more stuffing than there is crab. Food & spirits has nothing but crab in their stuffing . The burgers the buns are awful, hard & greasy. The tomatoes were cut entirely too big & not ripe. It wasn’t good . Burgers , crab balls were lacking flavor. The waitress only came to the table once. Will not be eating here again.

Hamburger steak, mashed potatoes, crab & corn soup, onion rings, were DELICIOUS. We had a large group, it took a while to get drinks and food ordered but once the kitchen got the orders…They rock-n-rolled…I didn’t care for the chicken fried steak…but that’s the only disappointment.

We’re in from out of state & staying on the NShore. We met up with 2 from E Bank & 2 from W Bank, (6 total) Good B’fast for all…my 1st time trying B’fast! We like WGxC so much, that after visiting with family, B4 heading to the NShore, we went back for supper! 2 bowls of Gumbo (chicken & seafood) served with potato salad & french bread…we also shared small onion rings. All was very good! Service also great! We highly recommend! I turned my friend from E Bank on to WGxC a couple of yrs ago & she stops in often when on the W Bank! Some of the best places to eat, in my opinion, are the smaller, low key places like WeGeaux Cafe…keep it up!!!

The food was decent but our waitress disappeared for a while and we felt like we were being held hostage haha! We were placing bets on if she was out back smoking! Smokers get all the breaks in the service industry. It’s not fair honestly.

Large portions reasonable prices and fast service. Special Shrimp Stew , potato salad , peas, bread . Serious Homestyle cooking. The 9 inch fried shrimp sandwich is overflowing and very tasty.
