Update** (Service has declined in my opinion. Tried to get the attention of the waitress for a refill multiple times and ended up going to ask for one. They had two servers and the place was not that busy. Food is still great though and yes I’d recommend the chicken fried steak). The only down side about this place is their limited hours. Sometimes you have to wait for a table to become available which should tell you that it’s good. They always seem to be understaffed but the ones work their butts off.

Out for a weekend road trip looking for a place to eat and was disappointed that this place was closed on the weekend. Would of like to try there down home cooking instead of the McDonald we eat at up the road. If I ever get back through here well maybe I will get to try it. Until then I will have to give it a low rating because it’s not friendly to weekend road trip visitors.

Hand pressed burger patties are the best. Wife enjoyed her hot ham & cheese. One kid said the catfish was the best he’s ever had.
