First time coming through, as I was ordering I had some questions and the lady was nice and helpful. We pull up and I talk to the employee, a nice older woman who greeted us well. Once I paid I noticed it asked for a tip, well I DO NOT TIP when there is no reason to so I hit none, this is when things changed. I handed the payment device back and her attitude changed immensely. She went from pleasant to short and uncaring.
The food took a good while to get, longer than it should have imo. When she was done cooking (I assume only 1 employee working everything?) she opens the window says “here you go” thrusting the bag towards us and gives me our drink which was dripping with water that looked less than clean. Her entire demeanor changed after the no tip, which is absurd and a great way to not have return customers.
The food was alright, the “Waco” is pretty much just an egg in a tortilla with mayo, in fact everything just had a bunch of mayo. The kids meal is nothing, literally just a few item from the menu, not kid portioned just all regular. We don’t try their salads but I’m not sure I’ll be back tbh, tips are optional and shouldn’t even be expected in this type of restaurant. For someone as established in life as this lady to have such a change from seeing no tip is pretty sad, and as someone who worked food for 15 years from the bottom to top positions, this is the type of employee (if not an owner based on her age) that I would be wary about working at my business

I do often DoorDash from this place because it is pretty great for a salad. However, the workers there don’t pay attention to the orders. I’ve had four times now where I’ve ordered the same salad in an order, the exact salad. They have never sent multiple salads upon request
and I’ve had to complain through door dash. For the lack of an additional salad, so I’m guessing lack of paying attention to a customer’s order is hard. Tonight I ordered two different salads and they got them both wrong. Again, DoorDash orders. I’m allergic to eggs and I ordered Elaine’s big salad without egg and when I opened it up there were eggs. I requested no avocado, but it’s on my salad.
Attention to details goes a long way for me. I’m probably going to stop ordering from here because I’ve had at least 8 issues within 2 months. Pay attention please to what’s actually being ordered. DoorDash orders are still orders.

What a great bite! I got the good Greek wedgie and every flavor was on point. Some places can’t get the herbs right in Greek dressing, but this one was perfect.
The gyro meat was flavorful. The romaine was crisp and cold- which was really nice. The chopped veggies were done evenly and small enough to get every one in a bite. Really well done! There was a little bit of spinach under the wedge to catch the extra dressing, too.

Edited to reply to the owner: added receipt for times. The lady who took my card was wearing a fizz T-shirt. That was what made me annoyed that their line had more people and my line had 1 in front of me and like 6-10 cars through fizz in the same time.
They are too slow they have 3 lines but they focus on clearing all the fizz customers first I waited 10 min to place my order and then an additional 8 to receive it!

We went through the drive-thru, not much seating inside- it was raining. Our order took a long time, almost 22 min. for salad. We went for the 15% promotion they were running to try it out and they couldn’t figure out how to do the discount. When we got out the food to eat we found they forgot the dressing. All-in-all not a good visit . The employees did try their best to be sorry and offered a taste of their dole whip ice cream.

This has the potential to be a go to for my family. Yummy food, fairly priced, and relatively healthy! It’s new and the team is figuring out how to prep some ingredients to make it quicker. It unfortunately took close to 30 minutes for us to get our food. In their defense, we ordered a lot! Also the two kids running it were very polite and incredibly kind! The Waco and Eggy sandwiches were very good! The salads were honestly a lot better than my expectations. Large chunks of veggies. Would have preferred a bit more dressing to be honest. The chias were also delicious!

This is the second time my husband and I have been here and last time they were fine. Today, however we ordered 2 Chicken Bacon Avocado Wedgies. My husband’s was fine and presented as normal (with the base of the head of lettuce facing up). Mine was upside down and when I flipped it over I saw that the lettuce was old and starting to discolor. By the time I pulled all of the old lettuce off I was left with a very small salad.
Update: I did email them like they said below more than a week ago and they never reached back out. I just know that I feel better when I see a restaurant responding to reviews, but in this case it seems it is all for show.
