Had a great meal at WedgeWing Family Restaurant in Perrysville Ohio. They make their own pie, and it’s incredible! Thank you to Insurance …

Small, quaint restaurant. We brought a group of 12 in on a Monday. They set up several tables so we could sit together. Just one waitress who was back several times to refill drinks as needed. Food was wonderful. Recommend the meat loaf, fish and Reuban sandwich. One of our friends had a steak and he said it was great! Homemade baked goods available. Would definitely come back again.

Stopped in for lunch the other day. I’ve driven past dozens of times and have been wanting to try it out. They were serving breakfast all day so I ordered a breakfast skillet.

It was pretty good. Eggs, hashbrowns, sausage, and sauteed veggies all topped with a healthy portion of gravy and cheese. I thought it was pretty tasty.

They bake their own bread, and the toast I had was really good.

My waitress was really kind. But the kitchen was really slow, and there was only 6-7 tables filled. So they shouldn’t have been backed up at all.

I don’t think anything here was incredibly memorable, but at the same time nothing was really all that bad. Pretty straightforward local diner.

The only real disappointment is there weren’t any baked goods. I guess they don’t have anything on Mondays because they are closed on Sundays.

One thing to mention is the value is really good here. For $9.99 my meal was filling and tasty.

This is a hidden gem on the way to Loudonville. Don’t blink or you will miss this restaurant and local bakery. Homemade food that you should definitely experience.

This was my first and only visit to this restaurant. My dad chose it because it has so many good reviews and was rated very high ratings!.. upon stepping inside, no one came to greet us for approximately 3-5 minutes. There was no sign saying whether we should wait to be seated, or to seat ourselves. We weren’t sure what to do so, we peeked around the corner until, eventually, we saw a server waiting on a table. She walked past us once and since she didn’t say anything, we approached her and asked her if we should just seat ourselves. She said yes. We weren’t expecting the onion rings that we ordered to be barely-breaded. They were still good. Flies were inside and annoying to swat away from our food and drinks. Food quality could have been better. Not sure why this place has so many good reviews.. must be because of it’s small town charm to its locals.?

Wonderful breakfast with quick and friendly service. Very reasonable pricing as well. The clean plate speaks for itself (and me too)!

The food was average. The sausage gravy was grainy and tasted like old flour was used. The bread they used for toast was good, homemade I believe, but would have been better if it hadn’t been grilled in what tasted like cheap margarine. While the waitress was friendly enough, we had to flag her down to get refills for our coffee.

Was really excited for this place and would have loved to give it a 4 star after the mozzarella sticks. Sadly, quite a few things went wrong during the meal that just made me question the experience. For starters, I wanted to order the noodles with mashed potatoes, and was really excited to try something new. I asked our waitress to make sure that mine had no gravy on it because i’m a vegetarian and I don’t eat meat. However, when the dish is brought out there is a gravy on the noodles. So I waited for our waitress to come back so I could ask her what it was exactly. We waited for about 15 minutes in which our waitress actually never came to check back with us. So we had to ask another waitress what it was and we were told that it was a chicken gravy pre-made with the noodles, which we were not informed about and thought there would be no gravy on the dish. Our waitress barely checked on us, and we had a lot of time just waiting around to ask for things as we decided to dine outdoors. Along with this, a lot of the food tasted canned or pre-made and frozen which was disappointing. We also asked why there were customers allowed to dine without masks and received a very rude response. We were told that they didn’t feel they should have to force their customers to wear masks. Which made me feel uncomfortable after dining here. The only things saving this place from a one star review were the decent prices and delicious mozzarella sticks. I wish I would have found somewhere else. I really hate to leave a bad review but this experience here was just not very good sadly.
