We are on a road trip from Alaska to the south. We stayed the night Bloomfield and we found this gem of a place in Farmington for breakfast the next morning. They did not disappoint. This was the best breakfast that I’ve had in a long time and ny first time ever having Huevos Rancheros. I also ordered the adovada for the top sauce. For my first experience eating this meal, the explosion of flavors were so incredibly delicious. Im a typical egg, sweet potato and7 blueberries for breakfast kind of person. So this really went off the flavor scale x 10 in my opinion. My husband ordered a sausage omelet and he didn’t leave any scraps. He actually finished my plate because the servings were very generous, and I dont stuff myself when I eat. I highly recommend this restaurant for breakfast. The seating is very spacious, the waitstaff are very friendly, and the ambience gives you the feeling of eating with friends and family. You can tell a lot of locals eat here because of the community size tables they accommodate for parties of 6 or more. It was a beautiful and belly full experience

This was our first time at this location. It was a nice location and we loved our waitress Miriam. She was very attentive and sweet. She kept our drinks full and checked back on us often to see if we needed anything else. Everyone was pleased with their meal. I went looking for a good Belgian waffle and I found one. The pancake was wonderful. The bacon was good all the one of us had overdone bacon. Our dad just loves the Full Belly breakfast burrito with Carnitas and green chile.

I came in, got immediately sat. Shortly after McKenna (don’t think I’m spelling right) greeted me and took my order. I got my food in 5 minutes! Perfect for me! I like fast since I have stuff to do. I got eggs Benedict. Sooo good! I was just looking around to see everyone around me and the manager in the green shirt asked if I needed anything and I said no. I like how everyone is observant of the customers. I hate waiting for help. Even though I didn’t need it, her asking let me know they see me and all their customers. The manager in the purple shirt asked how everything was going and i said great! And she just nodded and took off. She should respond with great! Or something rather than just leaving. lol I heard her ask another table and she said ok. This might just be her personality or a really rough morning because this place was packed which says a lot. So honestly, I don’t blame her. lol just a thought since some people aren’t as easy going as I am.
Another thing I noticed was a big group getting together here for a family breakfast. I loved that.
Oh and a guy came up to his waitress and said thank you to her for always taking such good care of them when they come. Love the vibes here! Keep it up yall!

We were visiting from Arizona and our friends brought us to eat here. Let’s just say we had to eat here again before we left.. So so good! We may just come back to eat there. Lol

At the start of a road trip we stopped by Weck’s for breakfast. The place was pretty full but we got a seat right away, but I was concerned that the food delivery might delay the start of our adventure.
Nope. Whoever is running the kitchen at Weck’s is a masterful manager. The food came so quickly I thought they may have read our minds out in the parking lot.
I got Juevos Rancheros and my wife got the chicken fried steak burrito.
Both were wonderful, flavorful and there was a lot of food.
Service, too, was speedy and the place is really clean to boot.
What a great start to our adventure with a terrific meal delivered at record speed by a very friendly staff. Five stars all around.

Another PERFECT experience from Weck’s! I ordered The Classic burrito. I’m a gordo, so I chose ham, bacon, and sausage as my protein. I’m also on keto, so I asked them to use a low-carb tortilla. I subbed out the hash browns (a sin, I know) for sliced tomatoes and fresh avocado. The coffee was pleasant, the service was perfect and I will be back ASAP.
I don’t know what my wife got, but I finished her plate too because I’m a gordo and it’s a lot of food.

This review is for the Weck’s on Coors near Cottonwood Mall. I go to this location weekly, but realized I was really overcharged for my meal from the Lunch Specials today. The meals are listed at $12.99 and I had the Mushroom Steak. Nothing wrong with the meal or service until I went to the Cashier to pay my bill. It was $16.58 (including tax and senior discount). I thought I must have mis-read the new menu, until I got home and took a look at the new menu online. No way does a meal priced at $12.99 get to $16.58 with tax. Its been my experience that some employees at Abq chain restaurants can be bad at math and getting orders correct. Now I’ve got to double-check my favorite Weck’s.

It was clean with pretty good service. The breakfast was decent but not amazing. The eggs Benedict was just OK. There wasn’t enough hollandaise sauce, and it was kind of bland. The english muffins were thick and dry and hardly toasted at all. The eggs were overcooked. The yolks were solid and not runny. The hash browns were hardly cooked, not crispy at all, very mushy. They also seem to charge extra for just about everything. They charged $1 for every vegetable my wife added to her omelet. It was the most expensive veggie omelet we’ve ever had. But it was very big, enough for 2 meals.

We went into wecks today for our anniversary. The service was amazing. The enchiladas I ordered were literally the worst enchiladas I have ever had. When I mentioned it the waitress said that’s the way they are. Literally a tortilla with a few pieces of chicken and barely any sauce. And they forgot my eggs on top. Terrible food. I would not eat there again
