I ordered pretty close to closing, and have never tried these guys before as I’ve just moved here. The haddock dinner was absolutely impressive. Especially for the price! The haddock was so fresh it might as well still be swimming, and perfectly cooked. Definitely will have this place on repeat! I moved here from Portland, and this was Commercial Street quality.

Being a tile installer most the time I’m eating on the road bring my lunch but sometimes I just don’t do it first time ever being here
The burger was what I got you could tell the guy that was cooking it love doing what he was doing that means to me as he takes pride in every meal he sends out that burger was a 10 on 10 I got to go
I had to go back in and tell them what a great burger it was

Nice place to have breakfast. Fair price, clean tables, friendly people working. I love their poutin and the tennis ball feet were lovely. I recommend this place but I would suggest to update the information of schedule on Facebook cause it says they open on Sundays, and they do not.

The neon sign hums like a restless cricket,
spelling OPEN even when the sky forgets morning.
Inside, the aisles tilt slightly—
cans of beans leaning as though whispering secrets
to candy bars wrapped in metallic laughter.

The diner corner smells of toast and brave coffee,
each booth a time machine
where strangers become constellations
over plates of eggs that taste like polite applause.

A man bought a lottery ticket
and left behind a story I almost understood.
The jukebox coughed once,
then played a hymn to french fries.

Four stars, because the ceiling tiles
know something they won’t tell me.

Wonderful people and super nice. Come try their food! In my humble opinion, this place is seriously under rated considering their customer service, food, prices and cleanliness. If we support local business more than fast food joints we could really do right. God bless America

I just ordered here from doordash and was so excited to get it. Unfortunately the fried scallop dinner was packaged very poorly so it was like a box full of sopping wet mush. So disappointing at 28$ per plate. Im really not trying to be critical maliciously, I just think it’s constructive to offer suggestions for better packaging fried items if they are going to offer doordash.

Edit: I think just blaming doordash is a bit unprofessional. The scallops were on top of the fries in a little box with no ventilation, napkins and tied in a plastic bag. Everything inside was wet. When you fry food and send it out for delivery, there will always be some quality loss due to heat condensation .. it would help to add some ventilation and package it separately from the fries. For 28$ the food was inedible.

Doordash is only responsible for getting food from point A to point B, so knowing that, plan for it and package accordingly is all I’m suggesting. I order fried food from doordash all the time and it’s not soaked when it arrives.

Had an amazing breakfast at Webster Street Convenience this morning! We had the French Toast w/ Blueberries and a homemade Corned Beef breakfast sandwich. Not a bit of food was left on either plate. Absolutely fantastic food that doesn’t require you to take out a small loan to be able to enjoy it. We will definitely be repeat customers!
