OUR RESTAURANT The Weber Grill Restaurant is the result of over 60 years of Classic Outdoor Grilling—from the people who invented the Weber Charcoal kettle grill. You‘ll taste the difference that decades of grilling expertise make. More than a steakhouse & BBQ, our chefs are the grilling experts for seafood and vegetable specials as well. Our secret: a commitment to using quality ingredients, innovative recipes, honed grilling technique, and Weber charcoal kettles. We are especially proud of our Hand-Cut Black Angus Steaks, Wood-Smoked Barbecue, Fire-Inspired Seasonal Entrees, Charcoal Seared Burgers and Fresh Grilled Seafood.
Casually refined venue for steaks, burgers & ribs cooked on giant Weber kettles.

The food was delicious. I tried the beer can chicken, which was okay, but my all-time favorite is the pork chops. I wish I had gotten those instead. The appetizers were also great. We had the chili wings and the brisket egg rolls.
You are immediately greeted in the parking lot by a big red Weber kettle grill. As if you needed help finding the entrance, you just follow your nose and the charcoal smell to the front door.
A bizarre statue of the Weber inventor George Stephen Sr. greets you when you walk in the door.
For the diehard Weber user, this is a visit to Oz with a hope to meet the real Oz.
My salad was on point, but who cares, right? If you’re a meat eater, salad is what food eats!
I ordered The Big G burger bun-less. The caramelized onions and sauce were well portioned.
Instead of the slaw, I asked for the Broccolini. A word of caution, it comes with bacon bits. That is not detailed on the menu. I sent them back for a portion without bacon bits.
Come on Weber, you gotta put that on the menu.
The burger was tasty and nicely plated.
Overall the atmosphere, the memorabilia, the nostalgia, and the fact that your meal was cooked on a Weber grill (they technically aren’t Weber grills as we know them) it’s a unique experience.
However, I’m gonna stick to my circa 2006 Green Weber Grill next time.
Even the carrots and green beans are steamed and fresh, not drained in butter. I think they try to provide a quality meal at a great value and we will be back. True to their heritage, charcoal grills are still in use!
Most importantly, our server Tyler was amazing. Even with a group of 13, he handled everything perfectly, checked on us often, and made sure the night went seamlessly. He truly helped make this special celebration unforgettable.
We’ll definitely be asking for Tyler again for future events. Thank you, Tyler!
For the pricing I’m a bit disappointed. I wish some items were a little bit more balanced compared to other items on the menu. Cause a burger is about the cheapest thing at 20 ish dollars and everything else ranges 25+ all the way to 40 on average.
Overall it was enjoyable. Just weird small inconsistencies here and there. Examples as said above with bacon but also they don’t give ketchup bottles so I had to put some of the ketchup for my fries on my burger from the dipping cup. They also don’t give bigger cups when you only drink water. But they do refill the table with drinks very consistently.
Hopefully next time is a little bit better.
