Best Bar-B-Que in Livingston LA. I called in my order for pick-up (but they have dine in available.) The gentleman who took my order was pure southern charm. My order was hot and ready for pick-up within 10 minutes. It was soooooooo delicious As long as I live here, this is my go to for Bar-B-Que.

The sandwiches were delicious and just the right size. The staff was super nice. But…the place itself needs major attention. There was a mouse trap in the ladies bathrooms and the toilet seat was held together by duct tape.

The meat was dry. Cole slaw was horrible. Didn’t get my sauce. It use to be the place to go close to home and have a great dinner with friends. This wasn’t the the first time. I want be going back till I hear they have changed. I like keeping my business close to home. But there isnt anything in Livingston good anymore. I’m not going to pay the high prices for it to end up in the garbage. Sorry. Just speaking the truth.

Ordered the family plate with 1 1/2 lbs of brisket, Mac N Cheese, and dirty rice. Everything was very flavorful. The brisket had an excellent smoky flavor. Bbq sauce on the side. I had brisket with and without the sauce and was excellent both ways.

I had problems with my credit cards but they were very patient. My bank keeps turning off my cards every time I use them. There ribs are to die for. And the hickory sauce is great.

Food was really good! Staff was super nice! But the restaurant itself left a lot to be desired. It needed cleaning badly. And many things were in disrepair. The building needs a lot of attention but the food is worth stopping by.
