I was in town for the night and staying nearby, so I decided to order dinner through UberEats and searched for pizza. Wayne Ale House immediately stood out with their reasonable pricing, which made it an easy choice. I ordered a classic pizza and added pepperoni. The delivery arrived in about 30 to 40 minutes, which was right on time. Unfortunately, the pizza was a bit cold when it arrived, and my hotel room didn’t have a microwave to reheat it. Even so, I decided to dig in anyway. The crust was thinner than what I’m usually used to, but the flavors were still very good and enjoyable. Honestly, if the pizza had arrived hot, I have no doubt this would have been a five-star experience. Because of how good it was despite the temperature, I’m still giving this place five stars and would definitely try it again, ideally dining in or picking it up fresh.

Went here for team lunch after game. Food was extremely disappointing. Chicken dishes are all listed as different but each came out as a rock hard chicken cutlet with different toppings. Pizza was mid. Service while friendly was slow and never even got a refill before I was just done. Our table had 4 different orders and all were just bad. I left still hungry because it was not worth it – so overdone. Kids lemonade was very watered down. Multiple kids from the group had same complaint.

We ordered two pizzas, one with mozzarella sticks, over the phone and picked them up. The pepperoni pizza we ordered was large (24″), thin and crispy, and delicious . The second pizza was a little thicker, but had a good flavor. Next time, I’d order it with extra cheese. Finally, the mozzarella sticks were excellent, crispy, and the accompanying sauce matched perfectly.

Heard a lot of good things, so it was time to make a stop to get this place on the Pizza Hunters App. The crust is the star of the show. Ordered over the phone for pickup and let the server select the pizza that they recommend. I prefer a pizza with more cheese and sauce, but as a Bar Pie, I have to treat it as such. The sauce was solid. One of the better Bar Pies. Also ordered wings, which were good. The rest of the menu looks awesome. I love how they offer some healthier options. I will be going back to try some other pizza options. This gets them on the board.

Emilie, our waitress brought us a 26 inch pie which was as close to perfect as can be expected. The crust, char and flop were perfect. Sauce was tangy and delicious. We would prefer a tad more cheese– next time extra cheese. Definitely in the top three pies ever: certainly the best in NJ.

This place is amazing. When you want to go for a quick drink or get a great slice with friends, you cannot go wrong!
I came for the 2 foot slice of pizza, taking on a challenge, and I was not disappointed! It was not as daunting, as I thought it was going to be, chose a pepperoni topping, because I did not want it to be too heavy. It was delicious. The pizza was crispy with just the right amount of sauce and cheese.
Also, try a few other appetizers, including the amazing meatballs, and the cheesiest pub fries you will ever eat in your life! Joe helped us with the menu and we were thrilled ! Also, all of the fall drinks were fire, especially the pacing area, and what I am calling, a pear margarita! Get the cinnamon sugar… Trust me!
I will absolutely be back with friends!!!

Had a great time! The burger was a smashburger with two patties and was very tasty. Our waitress was really kind and they had a trivia night on Thursday which was fun. Downstairs is kind of a chill bar area, but they have a big upstairs as well that I didn’t see. Big parking lot as well. My only complaint is that the beer pours weren’t that good. One of the beers was only about 3/4 full with a giant head on it. Not a big deal, but it’s also an easy fix so they should pour more carefully going forward.

My fiance and I eat here often. This place has some of the best pizza you will find! Not to mention all the other options they have on their menu! Love to brigg by friends here as well and see their reactions!! The staff here is always so friendly and the atmosphere is absolutely perfect!!
