Tried Wayback for the first time and enjoyed the food. Decent seating area and it wasn’t busy during peak lunch hour. Pretty much had the place to myself.

The food is always made fresh and delicious. I don’t eat red meat so the fried chicken sandwich is the only thing I order. I’ve only ever had one bad meal likely due to the person being new. They were able to offer me something for my troubles which was cool. The staff at this location changes too often for my taste. At one point myself or daughter could walk in and they’d know what we wanted and how to prepare it. I really miss that! It made us feel like a family. Staff is super friendly overall so no complaints there.

Great place to go when you’re looking for a burger but want to eat something better than typical fast food. 6 bucks will get you a double with your choice of toppings, including different types of cheese and some things like jalapenos and mushrooms that you might not find at a more basic burger joint. No complaints about staff or cleanliness here, and a 10 minute wait for this kind of food is very reasonable.

I’ve eaten here several times and I must say that they have the BEST bread of any fast food / fast casual restaurant I’ve been to! The service is always great and their milkshakes are awesome. If you haven’t already tried Wayback be sure to pay them a visit.

We were the only ones in line to order and still had to wait 10 min. The floor was sticky. They were out of nitrogen so no soda. Nice inventory planning! The place was a bit messy yet the 4 staff members didn’t seem to have the time to clean or cared about it. I like the burgers but with all the other options, this place of now of my list…

Burgers are good but not run well. Told everyone how good the food was and had people over which I said I would buy for everyone. No one answers the phone to order in advance. Tried for a 1/2 hour. Got here and they have no hot dogs and no chili. One of the orders was chili dogs and chili fries. Would have been nice if they answered the phone so I would know in advance considering I came from several towns away. We’ll see if and when I come back. Good food is half the battle Wayback, service and consistency are the other part of business. I had been telling everyone how good the food is, I will no longer give you kudos. You screwed me. When I left I mentioned the poor ratings on Google. The gal told me the have new management. I don’t think I would have mentioned that considering they are a mess today. So got home with the food, burgers not juicy. Sides all over the bottom of the bag because appearantly they don’t have to go containers. That seals it, I will not return. Good luck staying in business.

It was okay. The burgers were good, the fries were tasteless. It wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t the best either. The shakes were good. I may try it again, just because they have a cheese steak sandwich and that’s my favorite. Maybe we just got end-of- the-day , carelessly made food because we walked in around 8 and they closed at 9 and the kids working there seemed irritated.

Honestly the good was great. Tried the rodeo burger and loved it. Tiny portion for the fries. The service however, was terrible. Very rude cashier who then had the nerve to ask for a tip after sliding our open bag of food to my wife. I will never return.

Accidentally sent my order to the wrong location, and from reading previous reviews I can see that I’m not alone. My experience was the best I could have asked for. Each member of the staff was friendly and willing to help me get my order started as soon as possible. The young man who rang in my order was also kind enough to explain the differences between the “black and white”, “cookies and cream”, and “oreo mud pie” shakes to me, as you can’t find a description online and they all sound relatively similar. Anyway, the location is clean, well lit, and easy to navigate. The prices are fair for good quality food that you get quickly, and the staff is helpful, polite, and fun. 10/10 would return

While the food quality is still good, the overall service has been slipping. Double check your order to make sure that you’re getting what you asked for. Ordered the onion ring/french fry combo, they rang it up as fries only. Talked to them, and after having to explain to them the items on their own menu, finally got the onion ring/french fry combo.
