Food Challenge Here!!! 9 patty burger if you’re feeling hungry! Really great burger spot, service is excellent, the atmosphere is reminiscent of steak N Shake, but the burgers are better. Doesn’t feel like a fast food place and more like a bar and grill restaurant without the alcohol. Wouldn’t call this a smash burger place, but it’s close enough. Would recommend and visit again. We had the: Chicken BLT, Classic Double and Bacon, Classic Double, Red Velvet Milkshake.

Burger Junkie Nate here in Fishers at Wayback Burgers and let me tell you…. Yum! Fresh beef cooked to perfection with clean crisp fresh veggies. Reminds me of the burgers my uncle would make at the family grill out. Delicious!! They have a good menu with a variety of flavors to choose from. Milk shakes too! The staff is very nice and accommodating plus the dining area is very clean. 7000 stars! I’ll definitely be back!

Definitely will eat here again! If you really enjoy a burger this is the place! Reminds me of an old school diner burger. Flavor was on point and the tots were perfectly cooked! Very clean and not an over complicated menu. Simple and good.

I’ve been here three times with my family, and it’s always a great experience. The food is consistently superb—I’ve tried the classic burger and the crispy chicken sandwich, both excellent. I also had the Cinnabon Toast Crunch milkshake, which was absolutely amazing! Plus, the chicken and beef are halal, which is a big bonus.”

This Wayback location is always a pleasure to visit but I would like to focus my review today on a particular employee, Shelby. I arrived at 12:45pm to Shelby working the grill and nobody else in sight. Shelby immediately greeted me and said she would be right with me. She finished what she was doing, stopped to take my order, then continued her work. In the 45 minutes that I was there, I watched Shelby operate the register for all customers who came in, help others who were picking up orders, work the grill like a seasoned pro to ensure she took care of everyone’s needs, and monitor the phone. She delivered everyone’s food to the tables and found time to check back with everyone to make sure their food and experience was to their satisfaction. All this with no help, never missing a beat, and always with a smile on her face. When there was some time to “relax” as their were no more customers coming in, I watched her go to the back and appear to check on stock, rotate and prep some food items, or something of that nature. She could have easily sat down and just took a break, but she knew there was work to be done and she attended to it. No complaints, no fuss, and the smile never left her face! Shelby made my day better as she stressed over the multitude of responsibilities before her. It was amazing to watch! Great job, Shelby! And thank you for such a pleasant lunch experience. I will be back!

I could say a million things but, aside from the wonderful food (which it is) the service here is unmatched!! We would come back solely for the way we are treated here! If you haven’t tried it 10/10 recommend! And just so you know this is a legitimate review. I’m a huge cheese curd fan and me, personally, I’d have to say they’re a little too sweet for me. Otherwise everything I’ve had here is amazing!! If you don’t get the red velvet shake you’re missing out

The burger was juicy and packed with bold Cajun seasoning—spicy enough to give it a kick but perfectly balanced with fresh toppings and sauce. The fries were crispy, golden, and seasoned just right, and the ice-cold Pepsi tied the whole meal together.
The atmosphere made the experience even better—they were playing Toni Braxton, which gave the place a smooth, laid-back vibe while I enjoyed my food. And bonus points for cleanliness: the bathroom was spotless, which tells me they care about every detail of their customers’ experience.
