Went to Wayback Burgers in Canton, OH today for the first time, and I wish I would have found this place long ago! The food was delicious and the shakes are to die for! I would seriously have to say the burger was one of the best I have ever had (with the Double Double from In-N-Out being number one, of course). Fries taste homemade, and the cheese curds are crunchy. For the shake, we got the Red Velvet shake, and it was honestly the best shake I have ever had. The service was awesome, and the girl who took our order was super friendly…..true service with a smile! The prices are high, but for once, it is worth it. Will definitely be making another trip to Wayback Burgers very soon.

First time here. Seems like a great little burger joint. Nice selection of burgers and accessories to go with it. The food is good, the atmosphere is ok. Was not busy when I came in and got my order within minutes. Could not try a milkshake due to having a cold, but they sure do look good.

Ordered takeout and once I got home to eat it , EVERYTHING was old! The fries and tots was old! It’s like they cooked the burgers hours before and heated them up a little bit. So I called them to make them aware. Mind you I wasn’t looking for a refund , i thought maybe they would’ve offered to remake it. Well I was wrong . The girl said they make everything fresh and I went to assure her that we have never had this problem before so it was a shock to us. She continued to say everything was made fresh and that we should dine in the next time. I was still patient with her and told her I wasn’t looking for a refund but I would like to come to some sort of compensation for this mishap because I did spend over $30. So she goes to say okay hold on let me ask my manager, I replied okay. Not even 30 seconds later the call ended! So now I’m a little upset but not fully because it could’ve been a mistake. I called back she answered. I let her know it was me again and that the call ended. She goes to say that she hung up because it was nothing they could do! I said so since it was nothing you could do you just hang up? She said YES I suggest you dine in the next time! I have never dealt with such disrespect from a restaurant before! I will never go back there! I didn’t call being rude, I wasn’t looking for a refund! I just was simply hoping for a REMAKE! As stated I’ve never had any bad experiences there so never did I think I would’ve been treated that way! So if anyone has any problems with their food don’t expect them to fix it let alone acknowledge it!!

I’ve been looking for a good burger joint around Canton. I miss Smashburger, in Denver. This was 95% there. The beef is juicy, but the seasoning and the bun weren’t quite the same. Some thicker bacon would be nice. It’s a good burger, but kinda pricey. The tots were hot and crispy, and the beverage selection is good. I’ll go back when I’ve got a hankerin’.

I’m really mixed about this place. Def don’t eat there. The floors are so slippery you could skate on them. No change in decor from the previous owner.
The food: average. The toppings were as minimal as you can get. How much do mushrooms and onions cost to add? The burgers are fresh. And tots are very good. But that not enough for me to go back. Five Guys is better.

Loved how big the tables were, and it was super CLEAN!!!! The food was amazing and the staff was even sweeter. We will be back. Such fast service for fresh food.

Ridiculously high prices for mediocre to poor food. The air stinks of grease and burnt food. When they made something wrong they argued about how we were incorrect, despite the receipt clearly showing their mistake. In addition to that, I had ordered the Bourbon Bacon burger and there was so much sauce on it that there was at least two tablespoons worth of it that had dripped out. The sauce was also terrible, tasting of burnt brown mustard that completely overpowered the taste of anything else. The drinks were watered down and had fruit flies all over the machine. The credit card machine was broken forcing us to use a clunky kiosk. The biggest offense is that they’re taking up valuable real estate that a better, more organized restaurant could use in their place.

We had some friends hype this place up and were really excited to try it, but once we did we were pretty disappointed with the food considering how high the prices were. Burgers were good but nothing super special, cheese curds were delicious but $6 for a tiny portion. The brownie milkshake is pictured with a brownie in it and came without one, also tasted off… $8 for a roughly 16 oz milkshake we expected it to be really good, not sure if it’s a custard milkshake and we just weren’t expecting that but whatever it’s made with we did not enjoy. The cheese on the chili cheese fries was also cold ): Two small drinks was $7. Overall was not worth the $38 we spent.

The burger meat and toppings were pretty good. The bun was absolutely SOAKED in burger grease. Like they sopped it up off the flat top before they put the burger together.
