We’ve been here a few times now and have had a great experience every time. The food is always fresh and tastes great. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant is consistently clean. It’s nice to find a place that takes pride in both their food and their service. We will definitely keep coming back!

Wow!!! Amazing milkshakes! NOT a fast food chain! Made to order quickly. Fresh! Great Burgers. Loved my Chili Cheese dog and cheese fries! Great pick me up and meal after a day of shopping. Highly recommend! We will be back! Don’t miss this great little burger place with wonderful staff!

I’m not really a burger person, but decided to give this place a try. This was my first time here and it was really good! I got a regular burger it was fresh and the meat was soft and juicy it melts in your mouth. The fries were okay to me.
My friend had the impossible burger (no picture) they said it was really good along with the fries.

Food was received very quickly (on a Friday night), cooked well and tasted delicious! Atmosphere was great, throwback music playing. Clean restaurant. Loved the coloring pages for the kids. 10/10!

Walked in at 7:55 PM tonight. Store closes at 9:00 PM.
Immediately noticed two cooks in the back look at me, shake their heads, and clearly show frustration that a customer walked in. When the cashier came up, she also had an attitude, AirPods in, and gave a dirty look. I asked honestly if they were closing because it felt very unwelcoming. She responded that they close at 9 but “start closing at 7,” again with an attitude.
At that point, I left.
This is a leadership issue. The team clearly does not want customers during posted business hours, and that directly lost you a customer tonight — and in the future. Someone in leadership should read this review and have a serious conversation with this team about customer service, professionalism, and expectations.
For context, I drove straight to Chick-fil-A and received excellent service as always. It’s hard to justify higher-priced discretionary spending at a restaurant when the attitude says customers are an inconvenience.
I worked in restaurants for 12 years, so I understand end-of-day fatigue — but if the doors are open, customers should be treated with basic respect.

Ordered the steak burger wrap and cheese curds. They were amazing. The food is always fresh, delicious, and plentiful. Definitely can’t beat a Smashed Burger and this location is perfect.
