Okay so let’s start with the fact that I ordered online for a pickup order. Showed up 10 minutes early to make sure that in case my order was ready it wasn’t just sitting under a warmer. Was told my shakes were being made right then and they would be ready soon. 5 minutes later I’m handed the shakes but my food wasn’t ready yet. No big deal since I was still 5 minutes early. 15 minutes later I’m finally given my food… what happened apparently was the 3 employees just standing around in the back forgot to drop my tater tots for my order so I ended up with soupy milkshakes, soggy burger buns and undercooked tater tots, add to that the lettuce of my salad was about half wilted and the cheese curds we ordered consisted of 3 cheese curds and 9 half or smaller cheese crumbs. Overall possibly the worst $65 I’ve ever spent on fast food. First time at this location and would rather drive to Pooler because I’ll end up with the same quality food after a 45 minute drive home.

I don’t live near one of these restaurants but it was so good and hope they bring them to Florida. We stopped in on a road trip. Burger was juicy but not overly fatty, the patties weren’t too thin or thick so we got doubles, and the chicken was delicious. The fries were also really good. The food isn’t anything crazy but it was so delicious!

Good enough to fill me up and great fresh fries. I won’t order the A1 burger again it made the bread soggy but tasted good. The place could use a but of scrubbing especially around the drinks area.

The burgers were amazing. Very tender and juicy! The onion rind were fresh and melted in our mouths. The cheese curds and tots were amazing as well. Everything was very good quality! I would definitely recommend this place!

We ordered delivery. It Cost 85 dollars total. They didn’t send all the food, and when we called them, they couldn’t refund it, or even deliver the missing items. We had to go pick it up. We are all sick, which is why we ordered delivery to begin with. So, I would NOT recommend ordering delivery through them.

Burger is good, but just a burger. Fries ok. Shake disappointing. Overall not worth the $20 for the meal. Service friendly enough, but making everything fresh means a wait of 5-10 minutes. I wish the wait was worth it. Just overall meh.

Today after I ordered a entire meal with a large drink my 5 year old wanted some juice. I decided to get him a small drink. When the employee sweeping the floor went to take my order, she told me that they had no lids for my kids drink on that type of cup for that size. Which I got a large with a lid.
The girl before me ordered small shake on the same type of cup and they had lids by the shake machine which they didn’t want to used them for regular kids drink for some reason . The employee attending me found a plastic cup with lid but since the cup was more expensive. Meagan the red head said with an attitude ” you can’t give that cup for every kid that oders a drink”. First of all the plastic cups aren’t coming from your pocket. Second of all the tip I left from my meal is worth more than the freaking cup. Third of all how the hell you have lids you are using for shakes but you decided not to use them for regular drinks for kids when mostly they could spill the drink. I left a tip when Meagan attended me for her only taking my order because then she didn’t even move to give my order, the other employee did everything else.
If I ever go back and Meagan is working I’ll just leave. Some people can’t work jobs that require customer service because they lack the skills or patience to do simple things for customers. If they told me the only cup with lid was the large one from the beginning I would have gotten that one. But the attitude and the way Meagan acts and talks to her co-workers should be something Meagan gets some training done to see if she does better.
Ps. Good job for the kitchen staff the food was awesome. Even with the sour taste of Megan’s attitude.

Great burgers, sadly today instead of chick fil a I decided to try Wayback and was sorely disappointed. The fries were better named grease sticks. Cold soggy greasey. Not even edible. I threw them away. It was not even busy. No excuse for serving something so nasty. Maybe next time

Been here twice now and really wanted to like this place, but honestly, these are the most mediocre “specialty” burgers I’ve ever had. I’m not sure what’s missing, but I’ve now had the Bourbon and Carolina burger and they were both entirely tasteless. I’ve legit had better burgers from Culver’s and Cookout for half the price.
