Went to the drive thru today Feb 6 at 1:30 pm ordered a classic combo with a unsweetened iced tea..The employee who took my order was kind . Had to wait by the drive thru for about five minutes no worries worth the the wait. Other employee handed my order. This two gals were wonderful what they do at this company. The cook who cooked my classic burger. BONUS! Thank you. WAYBACK I’ll BE BACK !

After reading other reviews I decided to give this place a try. Staff was friendly, though it took a few minutes for someone to acknowledge me at the counter, which I assume was them trying to get me to go to the kiosk to order digitally (not a fan). Was not very busy at all for lunch. Maybe 5 guests in house at the time. I know things are tough given the overall economic climate. Got the simple burger meal. Photos of burgers are definitely false advertising (wish I took a photo). The bun was two times the size of the burger… nothing like what you see in the photos advertising the product. Maybe the other more costly burgers are meatier? Got the tots. They were good but tasted oily, like they weren’t cooked at a high enough temp.

The drink machine produced black specks into my sprite which grossed me out really bad. I’ve been there a few times, once they forgot my milkshake, no biggie they said they’d make it asap… they forgot again and I only got it after I finished my meal, on the way out the door -after I asked about it a second time- after that, I stopped going as much. Tried it again today after a few months hiatus but the sprite thing really gave me the ick. The food is pretty good no complaints there but the drink machine yuck don’t get a drink there.

We arrived over an hour before closing and all4 employees started screaming see! Every night people coming in an hour before we close! One employee said she’s not making milkshakes period and when my husband said we were eating in the cashier grabbed her head and just started shaking her head. We weren’t planning on making a mess or hanging out for long but sheesh. I’ve NEVER been screamed at for arriving an hour before an establishment closed! They were EXTREMELY rude and nasty. On top of all of that our food was Cold and given to us in a bag in case we just wanted to take it with us. ♀️

The worker behind the counter came up to the 4 of us and said “the meat is a little freezer burnt, but it’s still safe to eat.” I’m not sure you can serve food that way or not, but there were 3 workers (1 worker going outside every 3-4 minutes, while the other two worked).
The worker came back and said the meat is fine now, we just opened another package. My question is, why would you make one order with freezer burnt food, when you have to open a new package anyway for the next orders.

Happily greeted upon entry. The facility is clean and well kept. The ordering process was easy. The service was fast and the food was great. The burgers are greasy smash type burgers and are absolutely delicious. I got the Key Lime shake and it was delicious. The others in our party got the brownie shake and also loved them. The fries where so fresh and crispy. I’ll definitely be returning here.

The burgers and fries are always great, but that’s not the problem. My problem is my burgers are NEVER made the way I order them. I’ve tried ordering through the drive-through, walking in, and using the online option. It’s never correct. Something or things are always missing. Ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise are great on burgers. They weren’t on there. This time, my tomatoes were missing too. I don’t care if you think that will make the burger sloppy. Let me worry about that and make my meal the way I asked and paid you to make it.

Skip Burger King, Hardee’s and especially McDonald’s – this is the place to go for REALLY GOOD BURGERS, onion rings and milk shakes. They are competitive with the big chain burger joints, but for is definitely 100% better…!!
