I had the chicken, bacon, ranch tots.
Crispy chicken.
Also comes with pickles and tomato, which I chose to leave off.
As you can see in the photos, the ranch is literally poured onto my dish it was standing about a half inch in my bowl.
I advise to hold the ranch and dip or pour it yourself.
My husband had the Classic Double Burger with plain tots, which was delicious!!!

I’m not sure where to start. Never had an issue at any other location, but I ordered online, and set a pickup time for 5:45pm. I knew I going to arrive 15 minutes early so food would be almost ready just before I arrived. I was there at 5:29pm. I pre-paid over $50 on food and milkshakes. First of all, the floors were beyond filthy (it was raining but it looked like dried salt from the snow days ago). The place was empty and no food was cooking. The order was ready WAY before I even arrived. The milkshakes were pulled from a refrigerator and were in there so long the whipped cream deflated and both were pretty melted. I could have expected that and put in my freezer at home. But there was no need for them to melt, I only live 8 minutes away. The only thing “special” about the Birthday Milkshake was that it had some waxy sprinkles in it. The fries and onion rings were ice cold and soggy with grease. The burgers were cold, but reheated just fine. The chicken tenders (which were supposed to be for kids) were burnt to a crisp and dry). Highly disappointed.

Didn’t follow any instructions that was put on the order. Didn’t have anything ready after 20 mins of ordering and the promised time was 17 minutes. fries were old and cold. and my boyfriends tots were cold and old. the burgers were made VERY SLOPPILY.

The burger and fries were delicious. No complaints! The shake that was given (free shake day) was good too. My only issues was the leaking water i assume from the soda machine which had a huge puddle in the womans bathroom. The tables im not sure if its the table itsself or if it just was not cleaned but the table was hardcore sticky. Otherwise the food was good and customer service was good (minus lady taking my order, she definitely must have been at the end of her shift)

Our first visit about three weeks ago was a takeout order. The burger was very good. The two young ladies working together did a great job! My Aunt was upset when they closed down on Kirkwood Hwy. After our experience at this location we decided to take her there.
This time we decided to eat in because it was a very hot day!! BAD IDEA!!
This restaurant needs to be shut down!!
The inside is filthy! They have one side of the restaurant set up like their own apartment.
A microwave, a coffee maker, their food, a small refrigerator and lord knows what else was in that corner. The wall on that side was black. All of this was in plain view where the customers sit to eat! The owner/ manager was on his cellphone cooking food. The floor was filthy. There were French fries under the fryer and dirt that had been there for weeks.
Bottom line, you don’t know what you’re getting when you order takeout unless you sit down and actually see what’s going on.
If you’re going to eat from this restaurant you owe it yourself to go in and see if they have cleaned up their act, since they were told how nasty it looked!! Totally disgusting!!

Honestly, I was going to give 4 stars, but thought it over and realized that nothing really merited losing a start. If you’re expecting high end burgers or whatever, this is not it. But a nicely cooked smash burger, fries, fried pickles, milkshake? Yes ma’am, this *is* it!
I’m not normally a milkshake gal, but my friend gave me sips of her chocolate brownie milkshake, and wow, did it slap! It was so thick I didn’t get a good mouthful at first, but the flavor was fantastic. It smoothed out over time and was easier to sip. Highly recommend it if you’re in the mood!

Old school type of burger. Normally kinda pricey but under Five Guys prices. Currently really affordable combo available so take advantage while it lasts.

I was not pleased with this place. I ordered my food online for immediate pickup, the message read that it would be ready at 1:35 I got there at 1:37-1:40 they hadn’t even started my food. It was 2:10 before my food was ready and the fries was supposed to have been a large for $4.95 I was expecting something shareable that little amount for that amount of money was ridiculous. Both Hamburgers were supposed to have had lettuce included neither had lettuce and one was an impossible melt it wasn’t. The buns were cold which made the Hamburgers lukewarm. For them to say they were just starting to cook my food it all should have been steaming hot. It’s not like they were busy at all, two of the workers were hanging out in the parking lot. This was my first and last time and I don’t recommend it. ☹

The place is still Clean. No one in the restaurant, so we received our food pretty Quick. The young ladies that work here were very friendly and pleasant. Keep up the good work. The Food was Delicious.

I work 5 minutes from Wayback and stopped coming for lunch about 2 years ago because of the service & cold fries. Recently, over the last year or so, the employees have changed and I have returned as a customer. The 2 ladies that are typically there offer excellent service, friendliness, and my food is always fresh. They are a big reason why I consider going to Wayback for lunch & dinner.
