Terrible night crew. Upon entering the store I approached the counter to pick up my mobile order (which I had never done a mobile Wawa order before). The whole food crew were standing around and talking. No one greeted me even making eye contact with the employees, I was ignored. Thankfully I did eventually see the mobile pick up sign. I grabbed my order and left already with a bad taste in my mouth from the experience thinking “at least my food will be good. I get home. Open my sandwich and my cheesesteak had no meat in it. No more Wawa for me.

I come from Wawa land and like their coffee the best. All Wawa coffee bar set ups are the same – they have fresh cold coffee creamer in containers, REAL cream, silk creamer and stevia sweetener. I like making my own coffee, and you never know what coffee accountements other convenient stores offer. No surprises here.
Anyway I am visiting the Cincinnati area and didn’t know Wawa existed here until I was behind a truck exiting off I70 in eastern OH… Great surprise !
Food is good too. I definitely don’t recommend the chicken salad sandwiches. Messy and gross

I come here all the time since it opened in August. The staff is always nice and it’s always clean. I do the online food pickup as well and it is usually very good. The manager or maybe owner lady with glasses and short blonde hair is super nice and friendly. I always find what I need and the rewards app is useful. I’ll continue to come and waste all of my money here on snacks and drinks

They call it the crispy chicken sandwich. Only problem is, nothing gets crispy in a microwave. It tasted like a freezer burned tasteless bland piece of mystery meat. Im guessing everything is frozen and thawed in the microwave. These new Wawa stores are nothing but hype. This store was nice and clean. They dont have Mountain Dew in their fountain drink selection.

This would have been my 3rd online order. The others went well. This last order was placed at 5:14am, the pickup time was 5:50am. I received an email at 5:42am saying my food was being prepared. I arrived at 5:56am. No food on the shelf. I asked a worker and was told she would check on it. She came back saying they was waiting for my hashbrown to get done. I didn’t leave the store until 6:05am. No apology for there mess up. I will never go to or order from this store again. The purpose of the online order app is to make things more convenient for everyone involved. This was not how the lack of sympathy for my order not being made until I asked about it made me feel. I had good things to say about this store until I didn’t.

Whoever designed this WAWA should be jailed and mocked. The bathrooms have 1 sink and 1 toilet. So, good luck if you need to go to the bathroom, especially as a family. As busy as WAWAs usually are, expect this location to have a forever wait. And God help us all of the only toilet clogs.

I was on a short business trip and cut my hand, so I stopped in to Wawa to buy some Band-aids. Couldn’t find any in stock, but I checked with an employee named Johnathan who was sweeping up. He confirmed that they didn’t have any for sale, but hooked me up with a couple of bandages from their employee first aid kit. All of the other staff was friendly, too.

I went to wawa for the first time.There is FREE ARI,good drink a got l a mango juice blind,thay have burgers,chicken,pizza,soups,hot dogs, subs you name it.Its clean its way bigger than UDF.They even gave me free CILLY it was really good I loved it go to wawa now.
