First time going to a Wawa store and definitely will be the last time. Heard so much hype about this place and it took me literally 45 minutes to get a breakfast burrito that was not even good. It was hot but no flavor no Pico sauce just a plain egg burrito. Never again, I wasn’t the only one frustrated that day, they watched a group of people sit and wait while one lady took a break and the other lady just walked around talking, slowing the guy down who was making food. Also slowing the young lady down making coffees for everyone. Hard Pass on Wawa, get it together people. I ordered my burrito at 9:12, made it back to my truck at 9:56. Thats not good customer service at all. But I get it, its Dixie Highway you don’t care. Hey go out Bardstown this will never happen. I can hear someone saying that.

I absolutely love WaWa’s!!!! Their food and drinks are amazing!!!! Gas prices are usually $.20 cheaper than other places. Very nice and clean store! The other locations at Preston and Bardstown are also amazing! I promise I will NEVER step foot in subway EVER again now that I’ve had WaWa’s subs!!!! Fresh ingredients and reasonably priced!!! The Strawberry Dragonfruit smoothie is my favorite!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

My third and last time, staff is slow. Went tonight and ordered double cheese burger, fries, 16″ veggie pizza and garlic knots.
They called my number and slid a cheese burger at me. Asked about the rest of my order and the counter clerk pulled my fries from the other side of the register and said, Id have to wait on my pizza. Finally get my pizza order and head home, guess what? No garlic knots in the box.
First and second time, they tried to serve me burnt sandwiches. This time I’m sure the woman was trying to steal my fries and pizza.
Wont be back to this location, will either drive out to Preston or got to the Pizz Hut across the street or Papa John’s next door.

I grew up in Philadelphia, going to Wawa’s all the time, also visited the location on Preston, no issues, but when I waited here, I started a stopwatch on my phone for how long the food took after I started getting impatient, 30 MINUTES, FOR ONE PANINI, on top of probably 10 more I was waiting before, this is by far the poorest run and staffed Wawa I have ever seen.
Edit: Been a few weeks since opening, I think they just needed time to adjust given that it’s a new type of store in a new area, noticeable improvement, waited maybe 5-10 minutes for my panini this time, and I went during a much higher traffic time

Went there Saturday night 1-31-26. My wife and myself got quesadillas, it took 20mins. To get them. I had to pay for sour cream in packets, I paid for it before I got the food, was told wawa didn’t have any. So I got screwed, I told the very slow person I paid for the sour cream in packets. She looked like a deer in headlights. I went there once and it is my last. Go back to where you came from. I don’t like places stealing my money.
