Stopped in to get a smoothie and a bowl late tonight and it took them 20 minutes to prepare my order. As someone with years of food service experience I’m a pretty lenient understanding person but there was no reason for it to take that long. There were 4 people total in there waiting for food all of them got there after my order had been placed and I watched them get their food before me while one of the employees just talked to the other from across the kitchen. It wasn’t until the one at the register noticed me standing there with an annoyed look on my face, she asked if I was waiting for an order. It isn’t hard to prioritize orders based on time they’ve been placed it’s elementary level stuff. The food was good even though the things I ordered on the side weren’t given to me “partially my bad because I didn’t wanna spend 30 minutes at a gas station at 1am” but when your job is food service maybe prioritize speed a bit more.

I stop by this station every morning around 4:30 to get coffee sometimes around 5:30 as well and it is always hit or miss if there is coffee made. 6 containers and only one with coffee. I can see in a rush but this is too early to be out! When asked what was going on with the coffee, the girl behind the food counter shrugged saying I dont know and turned back around. This place lacks good management!!

I come in here very frequently for a refreshment after my long days, however, on multiple occasions there is this ear piercing, degrading, diabolical, screeching, beeping sound at the cash registers. it is so freaking loud i start choking on my precious refreshment! with that being said i will be back but please make the sound stop its in my nightmares ty

We ordered energy drinks and it was our first time. It offered to put Boba in it as well as purchasing reusable straw. We opted to do that not knowing the Boba doesn’t fit through the straw. The drinks came out with so much ice in it there was barely any drink to it. Seemed very overpriced for what you get. I would not recommend getting an energy drink with Boba. There’s no way to get them out of the cup. We also didn’t know we needed to go pay for our items at the register before picking them up. That made a scene.

Wawa always delivers, and this visit was excellent! The team was quick, friendly, and had the store spotless. My order was perfect and came out fast. The gas here is also cheap. Great job to the crew here

Customer service is great. They run out of lids a lot for self serve coffee and they mix up the flavors for the ice coffee. Had to wait a few times for them to refill the coffee

I’ve visited several Wawa locations, and unfortunately, this one has been the most disappointing experience by far- not just compared to other Wawas, but to any gas station that claims to prioritize customer service. If you’re thinking about using the curbside option at the pump while fueling up, don’t bother. In my experience, about 75% of the time they won’t bring your order out, even when the store clearly isn’t busy. I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt more than once, but after three separate instances of just sitting and waiting in my car for nothing, I’m done. If you’re going to promote a service, at least make an effort to follow through.
