During our most recent visit, I attempted to explain what was missing, and the employee’s response was both dismissive and accusatory, as if I was trying to receive something for free. I showed her the item I did receive as well as the receipt, yet she still questioned whether the missing item should be made.
The drink quality has also been consistently poor. Beverages that are supposed to include a double shot of espresso have no noticeable coffee flavor—only an overwhelming sweetness. The shakes have twice come out more like slightly thickened milk than an actual shake, which was disappointing for my daughter both times. At this point, I simply accepted what was handed to me and left.
I genuinely do not understand the hype surrounding this location, as the quality and service we’ve experienced fall far short of expectations.
However, their taste in the “music” they play is beyond embarrassing!!!
