Came in for breakfast. They had a long line so I went to self check out. Self check of it had zero bags. I purchased a lot of snacks and drinks. I even purchased a bag of ice. That after check out was not available. I went to the cashier about the ice box being empty. I was told to wait at the ice box. I was left there standing for 15 mins. My sandwich’s were now cold and when the guy finally came with the ice bag. I asked if I could switch out the sandwiches because they were now cold. Since I had been waiting for an extended amount of time. He replied with “if they have them”. What a great way to not go the extra mile for your customers. A better reply would be “sorry for your wait, yes please go ahead no problem”. Thank you for waiting.

This place is ridiculous I order a large iced coffee at 9 in the morning and it took them 17 minutes to make it. Watched people that came in 10 minutes after me get their drinks and leave before me. Also 2 people making drinks. Just no reason for that. People are on their way to work in the morning don’t have 20 minutes for coffee.

Monitors were a bit crowded (12pm, so I’m not surprised), decided to get pre-made stuffs; this pork eggroll is the most pork tasting eggroll I’ve ever had. I’d be happy to get this at a sit down restaurant. It being a gas station eggroll under a grab’n’go heater is kind of astounding.

Avoid at all costs. Curbside order more than 20m past estimated pickup time. Manager first said they got no order. When I gave her the order number, then she said I never gave them my parking spot number, which clearly showed it had registered in the app. Just one lie after another, and trying to dump the blame on the customer. Attit was VERY “IDK. Sucks to be you.”. This isn’t the first time this has happened with this location. Shame upon me for trying them again.

I came in around 10 am on Sat 23rd, not sure of the employees name she was working the kitchen. She made the comment saying with the wether you wouldn’t think people would be coming to a gas station being fat. I understand having a bad day, but to say that with customers in front of you is unprofessional.

Got a buffalo chicken wrap and it looked nothing like the picture. Barely got a piece of chicken. Absolutely ridiculous! Call them and they don’t answer!! Pathetic! I should get a new order for free. Absolutely insane how people are okay with serving like this. Smh. If I wanted just a tortilla with lettuce and buffalo sauce only, I wouldve ordered it.
