Kat made my iced coffee order, and the experience was amazing. She greeted me warmly and has such a genuinely kind, positive personality, it really stood out. She was also very attentive and made sure to confirm order numbers before placing any drinks down, which I really appreciated.

I come here a lot during my night shifts on the road understandable that at 2am there would be a lack of food items but I paid for a medium Mac n cheese and got a SMALL that was filled halfway with only cheese sauce. I’d rather they say hey we don’t got that let me get you something else or a refund bu they just packed it after I paid. I didn’t know about it until I got the office to sit down and eat. Didn’t have the care to go back during my shift this was on 9/12/2025 leaving this review because honestly don’t care to go and get a refund but I expect better service.

I’m not really sure if they’re understaffed by overall it shouldn’t take me 15 minutes to pay for two items and then my avocado toast that I paid for extra bacon doesn’t look like it has extra bacon and it’s got an exorbitant amount of some garlic white sauce just thing taste totally disgusting. I came in at 2:50am and this Wawa was was pretty much empty with no employee in sight other than one sales person stocking the aisles. There was one other person other then myself inside. We both had ordered food from the kiosk. About 7 minutes went by and there was still no one making the food. We had to ask the sales person on the floor if there was anyone else. And he said there are 2 managers and another person in the back. And he went back there to get someone to make the food. Yet another few minutes went by and still no one came to the front. The sales person had to go to the back about 3 times to tell them. Yet still not coming to the front to make the food. It was till the other guest asked for a refund that one person came out. Then about another minute went by and I was asked if I still wanted the food. Which I said yes. The only professional person that helped was the sales person on the floor restocking. The other 3 in the back were not professional. Oh did I mention they had their radio headsets in one ear and their Bluetooth headset in their other ear. Yeah, no not time employees need to do better. Cause it seemed like they didn’t care that they had food to make. Not knowing if the person who ordered food had somewhere to be.

Instead of closing one bathroom down at a time, they closed down both. when asked politely because they were not cleaning the women’s restroom. If i may use it, they were rude and snotty even though I was polite in tone when asking. I’ve worked in customer service for 20 years. You don’t need to close down both the bathrooms when you are cleaning. And then to top it off because I let him know it was extremely urgent that I needed to use the ladies room. He stopped cleaning entirely.

How can you forget the main ingredient in a sandwich? I had no chicken in my sandwich. I know people make mistakes but it is kind of hard to go back to Wawa and ask for a replacement at the moment. Attention to detail is very important.

Thanks to today’s experience I’ll be saving a lot of money moving forward. The meat was ice cold, like they thaw it and did not even warm it up. Oh and the yellow piece of plastic was the cherry on top. Disgusting.

I love Wawa sandwiches, but this time the bread was so hard I couldn’t bite into it easily, and I had to eat just the filling. Following my instructions, I ordered my sandwich with vegetables, including lettuce and tomato, and it also didn’t have the sauces I requested. My daughter’s grilled cheese sandwich was left unfinished for the same reason: the bread was too hard to bite into. Conclusion: I spent my money on food and Uber Eats only to throw it away.
