The AA lady was nice, unlike the Hispanic one. They kept on touching everything with their gloves while making my food. I understand everything is everywhere. Even picking up a trash on the floor, they went right back into my sandwich. Like they are protecting their hands, not my food.

Update: I went again and good golly I couldn’t believe my eyes the same girl was there again. I couldn’t help but get another smoothie and at it I decided to dabble into some food for the road. This time I was also able to meet the manager, David. He is a great guy super nice, friendly and makes a great smoothie as well the one he made was a 10/10 this place must be smoothie heaven. To Nashaya you did it again splendid experience and whew the food was unbelievable, so so good! Thank you Once again for another splendid experience!

If I could rate 0, I would! There was a HAIR, yes a HAIR, stuck inside of this chicken bite. Do not spend a dime at this store. I was there to pick up a DoorDash order, I bought an empanada and a chicken bite, worst mistake ever. Please open pictures and you will see the hair, thick dark hair that would not put away, as it is stuck inside the “chicken”, to be honest it almost looks like it was made with a hair inside on purpose, as it’s environment was dirty and had a weird feeling. I’m just in shock.

I bought a fountain drink that they keep behind the counter, got my cup filled it and when I was leaving some short black lady who works in the food department accused me of stealing publicly. I work hard for my money and I spend it there everyday. I will not be back. When I attempted to speak to a manager she literally walked right past me and spoke to someone else kid about a job. Ya’ll have a lot to learn about good service. I don’t appreciate being called a thief. Beware the short black lady in food department she WILL accuse you of theft!

Horrible horrible team of people. ESPECIALLY the ladies in the kitchen. But I guess it’s a waste to even write this since it seems like the managers do nothing about it (as seen in the previous reviews). If y’all wanna continue to have business, maybe think about re-hiring kinder, more professional people. Not only are your employees horrible, but you allow the bathrooms to be disgusting, you allow people to get harassed by others without doing anything. How disappointing, especially because I used to love this store when it first opened.

Don’t really understand some reviews. This WAWA is the gettho and still manage to keep it clean, employees are respectful and happy, management is on top of things. A Friday night and you forgot you need some gas. The place was very much alive and jumping. Every gas stall had cars parked. Either the driver was missing or they were just sitting in their cars. Two pumps were occupied because a group of young men decided to make a TikTok video several times.
