Food 2/5: The breakfast burrito I ordered was quite underwhelming. The salsa pulled a no-call-no-show so I had to bring ketchup in off the bench in an attempt to provide a spark. Unfortunately, we were not able to get it done today in the food department.
Service 4/5: Digital ordering process was efficient, food was ready quickly.
Atmosphere 4/5: A solid gas station snack-stop environment that certainly has many of its’ competitors beat.

the night staff sucks. i got a breakfast sandwich this morning and it was amazing looked amazing tasted amazing. I got the same sandwich later tonight and it looks like it was just thrown together. its soggy and the inside of the sandwich wasn’t even on the bread. i come to this wawa on a daily basis and its always the night staff messing up my orders. i suggest you guys get a new night staff because this is just ridiculous at this point.

Someone might say “nothing special”. But, look at this custom burger: it’s huge and delicious, includes caramelized onions, applewood bacon, spinach, bell peppers, hot peppers , tomatoes, some fresh onions and just a little bit of lettuce. It’s rare that a real burger looks better than the picture in the ad (hey McDonald’s!). And also great service, and all this at 2 am! I would definitely recommend this Wawa not only for refueling your car, but for a quick delicious meal. I would be very happy if the management paid attention to the staff of this location, how easily and pleasantly they do their job. Thank you girls for great service and good mood!

Left my friends phone back at this location before leaving home, noticed I had forgotten it but was refused to be given it back until I had my friend describe the phone fully.I insisted it was ours and I had described it to a T. I had to make three total trips tonight, one for the gas and meal, second for the phone but had to go back home because she was in her night gowns and didn’t wanna walk out in it(understandably), and third after changing and after she walks in the manager decided to then hand the phone over immediately with an attitude. Was stereotyped as a crazy stalker who somehow just knew she lost her phone and somehow knew everything about it at that moment, even after insisting that I could call it right in front of the manager. I insisted the manager she could have came outside and talked to my friend in the car but the manager refused to do so. Disappointed in this service and won’t returning anytime soon.

The number one reason I go to Wawa is their ethanol-free gas. Yes it’s pricey, but I am happy to pay a little more to treat my Nissan engine with the best that’s available. The station is always clean, inside and out. The windshield cleaning stations are always filled with plenty of fluid and paper towels. The ATM machine inside does not charge a crazy fee and they offer a splendid, original repast of snacks and meals. They make the experience of refueling a ‘real gas’.

Old guy working around 12:30-1am was super rude. Interrogating everyone who gets a cup of ice — which is supposed to be free with purchase. My boyfriend bought a fountain soda and cashed out at one of the two self checkout machines. This employee, who seems to be under the impression that he is Chief of Ice Police rather than simply a cashier — a title he seems to believe grants him the authority to harass any customer who dares use self checkout — actually stopped my boyfriend on his way out and started questioning him about his purchase, acting like he was stealing! When told that he already paid at self checkout, this ‘person’ even asked him which machine he used, and went through the transaction history on it to “make sure he wasn’t lying and trying to steal”! He had done absolutely nothing to give the impression he was stealing anything so the cashier’s actions would have been entirely uncalled for regardless, but to go to such an extreme extent and accuse, harass, and embarrass a paying customer over a $2 SODA is as unhinged as it is mind-blowing. We make purchases at various local Wawas no less than twice a day, every day, and have never had an experience like this. Definitely will not be returning to this location.
