When a Uber order is had made went wrong, I proceed to call wawa to which Marc the employee who answered the phone was able to help me out by making sure when I ordered the 2nd time the items went with the next driver. I appreciate the customer service & his help when the whole point of my order was the drinks I wanted.

Ordered breakfast and a frozen chocolate mint coffee. Food was fine. My coffee however was made with caramel drizzle instead of chocolate drizzle. And the guy who made it didn’t understand me so I just left with it. He didn’t read the instructions apparently.

Had my son order breakfast bowls, and the picture on the menu shows a bowl of eggs

The only options were biscuit and bread, so we thought it must come on the side, no egg options, but the picture shows eggs in every picture so it looks like they were toppings to go on the eggs, nope we just got a bowl of toppings and a biscuit…ewww. Over $20 for a biscuit with salt, pepper, Oregano, and toppings! No eggs.

I have a new review, as I stated before… this is my go to store in the morning! I love all the people here. Raneil, I believe he is a Lead or something like that. However… he is a sweetheart. I use to think he was a meany, but with time I learned that he is a kind hearted gentleman. I am so blessed to have gotten to know him for the person that he is.

1st time here. Ordered a Classic Meatball sandwich from a kiosk. When i completed the order, O stepped over to the ‘pick up’ side of the counter. Over the next 17 minutes, i watched several doordash items being packed and carried away. During all of this, I also watched 8 other customers get their numbers called for pickup. At least 3 of these customers put their order in after me.
When the dust settled, the employee behind the counter ask me what number i had. I stated it, and she grabbed the rolled up sandwich with no tag, opened it and told me this was mine. I stated to her, that this sandwich had been sitting there the whole time that I stood there waiting to be called.
Without a word, she looked at the ticket, confirmed that ot was ordered now nearly 20 minutes ago, and promptly remade my sandwich.
I was glad she did, and Im glad i didnt have to ask her to. She definitely looked like she would have rather been somewhere else.
I chose to go here for lunch because it is close to work, and i was on a time crunch. So much for quick.

Bought a gobbler bowl from 1st street. Every time i order from this store its a problem. Bowl look half made. Got soup several times and nothing but broth and 2 noodles. Food preparation is terrible. All the other stores 64, cortez, tallevast and 70 better stores that do the right food preparation

Horrible representation of what the wawa standard is. This is acceptable? Where is the other half of my bread??? Is this half off since the other half is missing ? Are there flies all around the lights in the kitchen? Wawa in Florida needs to step their game up! Up north this would be considered a 7/11. Also no cashier? Staff your store for success!
