I advise you do not go to this Wawa because if you want your items to be stolen during DoorDash time, I advise you do not order from the store The management at night at 12:51 PM management refused to make my order so I can go ahead and take it to DoorDash customer she ignore the phone when DoorDash tried to call the store I have pictures of the management and the other guy who refused to fix my order so I can take it to my customer. They let someone steal my items and then proceeded to blame me for losing their money. I hope this crew gets fired or let go because how I was treated. I was treated like gum underneath their shoe. They ignore the DoorDash when they call they the customer called the store. She ignored the customer. She ignored me. She refused to make the order again. I have lost money because of her stupidity. also, the gentleman that was there was also rude to. He didn’t care if the items were stolen he didn’t care to remake the order or even help me out. Get a better crew night this happened at 12:51 PM in the Lake Wells, Wawa store do better to train. Your manager is better.

I was on delivery and decided to stop on the way back to Orlando to try their much advertised “Wawa has Pizza”
Being in the restaurant business for 30+ years and a baker for 20+ years this product is to be avoided at all costs.
The crust is like a burnt cracker. Very tough, and tasteless even with the garlic butter
The sauce is a weird taste between ketchup and marinara sauce.
The cheese is gluey.
I’m not sure who the corporate chefs are at Wawa headquarters that spent all this time and money developing this product.
I’m not sure what was in the heads of the decision makers that rolled out this product with millions in advertising
This is just plain awful
It’s expensive also at $12.99 for 14″ and $14.99 for a 16″

Online order. Worst pickup. Order was very late. Old breakfast sandwich that the management picked up from the shelf. I ordered fresh breakfast; if I knew she was going to pick up from the shelf, I could have just gone inside and grabbed it from the register. Date: 01/01/26 10:40 AM.

The WAWA brand chocolate peanut butter cup ice cream was the worse ice cream I’ve ever eaten. It didn’t even taste like chocolate. Even the Breyers brand my husband got was horrible. It tasted like it was thawed at one point then freezer burnt. DONT BUY THEIR ICE CREAM!!!

I came in to pick up my order, and the employee who was supposed to hand me my food looked at me several times but completely ignored me. She didn’t acknowledge me at all and even gave me an unnecessary rude look. Very unprofessional and disappointing service.

Your food is nasty !!!!! Your service sucks !!!!! Free air ? But it’s broke more than working – so rude not welcoming I don’t like this gas station. I think I’ll pass and I’ll hit gate or racetrack. At least they welcome you and you feel like you don’t have to go ask for help.

As the TV commercials say – this is a great place to get a quality fresh-made sandwich. Only downside is that some of their menu items have changed. Also, every time here – never a problem with the food. It just takes way to long to get a sandwich made. Allin all – still a great place to go.

I would normally love to give this Wawa a good review but tonight I was highly disappointed with what I witnessed. A young girl accidentally dropped her drink as she tried to put her straw through the lid. Instead of getting a mop or even giving this young girl a rag to help, all staff ignored her and her two friends as they scooped the drink off the floor with their hands. Staff didn’t even blink an eye and all three kids were extremely polite and apologized multiple times! Staff didn’t offer a remake of the young girls drink even though she hadn’t even had a single sip. It was disappointing to see the staff completely ignore the whole situation and even when the kids said something they were ignored. I’m a manager in food service and I expect way more of my staff than that.

Ordered delivery last night , the food y’all make is absolutely disgusting. Never again . The quality of ingredients? Wow . I felt like I had chopped up chicken nuggets in a wrap ?? What happened to these chicken strips I was awaiting? Sweet pickles ? How gross. Every one talks about Wawa they must not have any taste buds . Absolutely disgusting !
