I love Wawa and I am a huge fan of their cold coffee brews. To, me they are better than Starbucks and cheaper too. Good customer service, clean bathrooms and store. Another thing about Wawa, their food. I am addicted to their burger bowls. I wish they were avaliable all day but they are only a dinner item. Darn. Still, so good if you are on the move and want to eat healthy. They are customizable as well. I believe all if their food and drinks are as well :).

So here’s a huge shout-out to Emma at the Wawa on Tyrone. I rolled in, ordered my favorite Gobbler sandwich and a strawberry banana smoothie , then headed out to take care of errands—a dentist visit and a quick stop at Aldi.
By the time I realized my smoothie was probably out there melting away somewhere, I called the wrong Wawa in a total neuro-spicy mix-up. But when I finally got to the right store, Emma was there like a magical blonde pixie queen , ready to save the day. She happily remade my smoothie and turned a little chaos into a reminder of why Wawa is awesome—because of people like her. ✨

Sandwiches are so tiny for the price it’s ridiculous. I don’t know if they changed their recipe or what in their bread and the switched to cheaper meats but the food was terrible! They used to have great subs. The staff is very nice however the store is dirty. My kids and I have not recommend eating there anytime soon. I think in the end you pay for the food wrapper not the food.

Alexis is an employee with a NASTY attitude. I had the store coupon and the newport coupon (manufacturing coupon) as I do at every Wawa. It takes me a min to open the apps, find the coupons and turn my card from being locked. She she then proceeds to tell me I can’t use that coupon. I buy my cigarettes with the double coupons at every wawa I have never experienced this. So I showed it to her and i told her it does work because it already deducted the $3.00 so how didn’t it work? So she said something under her breath And walked to the other register to help the long line behind me but times are hard it’s the first day of school and I am broke. Sorry I made a line for you, but it’s not like u wouldn’t have to check them out anyways. She sucked her teeth as she walked over and I said you don’t have to an attitude about it. And she came back and took the newports back from me as I’m paying for them. And wouldn’t give them back. After I used both my coupons and paid so I yelled for someone to come help me Bcuz now you’re stealing from me. I had already paid and was pulling my card out. I was then told by her co worker or boss idk that we can’t use two coupons but that isn’t true because the system allows you and this is the first time I have ever heard that at any Wawa and I go there everyday. Her name is Alexis and she doesnt need to work with the public. She I guess thought what she was doing was ok to treat someone like that. It’s NOT and if u don’t know how to do your job u need to get some more training. I am disgusted with her attitude she literally has ruined my morning ontop of everything else. I am going to call corporate and posts this review on every page til someone contacts me back. She makes me never want to shop at Wawa again. Alexis made you lose a daily paying customer. I buy two packs a cigarettes a day for myself n partner and I buy coffee. I am finding a new store.

Multiple times a week i stop in to get the croissant sandwiches and they are completely burnt to the point where you can’t even bite them they are so hard, this has never really been a problem in the past however lately it’s become problem after problem. I live 5 minutes down the road so i use to call and request that they make some so i can grab and pay when i get there however now i’m told there’s new management and they don’t allow orders like that anymore even though even if i didn’t pick up the order they could just simply put it in the hot plate, i understand a huge order but i only order like 1-4 at a time. Then i’m told they can either refund me for the burnt sandwiches or they can remake them but they will come out the same because thats how they cook. The whole point of a croissant is the soft flakiness if the bread and its never been an issue before recently. before the sandwiches were nice and brown and cooked to perfection but now I’m told by management thats how they come so i needed to deal with it or order something else? I don’t know what recent changes they’ve made to management but they need to take a hard look at their choices in customer service.
