Update 12/2/25. TONYA offered great service with a smile. What a great place to stop when I charged my car. So many coffees that it’s almost overwhelming. I passed on the 2 machine versions and a holiday latte for old school half decaf, ¼ hazelnut and ¼ vanilla. AND a caramel hot chocolate with single expresso. All that fancy beverage with a plain bagel and avocado toast–best avocado toast at a convenience store ever. Too late I found out about the red velvet bundt cake–I’ll have to try that next time.
16 gas pumps seem to move the cars through fast. Amid so many prepared foods, packaged foods, hummus preps, and made to order wraps, egg specials, there’s always bananas. I keep eyeing the mini-melts and brand name ice cream

Just brought it to the attention of the cashier at this gas station. That three may be four people just grabbed food off the shelves and drink drinks out of the cooler and walk straight out of the gas station.
Her response: Nothing I can do about it. I don’t own the place.
Apparently, you can just walk into this store grab whatever you want and leave they don’t seem to care. I called the corporate office to share my experience with them. They didn’t seem like it was a big deal either.
Probably explains why the parking lot is full of homeless people drug addicts and a guy walking around with dreadlocks and a hoodie trying to get into course. This is a very dangerous place.

If I can give a zero on the customer service here I would . It never fails on the service here but today I was not feeling well woke up very dizzy n just super ill. I went to Wawa to get me coffee and toast to see if that will help and i regret going there ! The cashier Jennifer was extremely rude and was rushing me . I told her I was super dizzy n that’s y I was moving slow ! She was rushing me , raising her voice and treated me as if I had some kind of problem! I will not be stepping a foot ever into this location I rather drive an extra mile to another location! This never fails at this Wawa there customer service is horrible!!! Don’t recommend this location not even to my worst enemy

It is easier for me to give one star on Google than it is for me to get support for a missing item in an order, so I’m leaving one star, not because I think you guys are worth one star, but because it’s less exhausting than figuring out how to reach you and get the missing item remedied.

This was a convenient location to regularly shop on my commute to and from work and taking the kids to school on the regular but after tonight I will not spend another coin there Whether I’m in uniform or not I should receive the same decency, professionalism and respect instead I received the opposite to my disappointment The clerk was not a regular clerk so I can’t say how long he’s been there but it doesn’t excuse him of his actions of being disrespectful and to add he wanted to charge me for cups of ice when everyone knows you get one free (and it states that on the ice machine) I asked for two cups placed my stuff on the counter out the way and informed him I was still shopping instead of just handing me the cups he wanted to attempt to argue about TWO TWO cups and went on skipping me in line and ignoring me as if I wasn’t there in the first place I wasn’t rude or disrespectful towards him but he obviously had a prejudice or bias towards me Instead of making a scene and matching his disrespect I left leaving my items on the counter where I purchased at another Wawa where I’d be going for no on I’m big on customer service because in my line of employment I’m constantly giving it so of course in return when I’m spending my money I want decent and respectful service in return

This was an enlightening experience. I went in on my way to the skyway to go fishing. I ordered a couple coffee drinks for my s.o. and myself. One of the drinks I ordered wasn’t what I thought it was and really didn’t like it. So I went back in and with no hesitation, they offered to make me something else, no charge. All the staff seemed to be happy and enjoying their job. Thank you for making my morning!

I come to this wawa all the time and the last couple of times they’ve messed up the sandwich order. The first I was pumping gas, walked back in and it was fixed. This time I order and italian sub with turkey added, all I got was turkey. I called. They wanted to go all the back in. Forget that. Have a better system to fixing mistakes.

Wawas is amazing every time I come here the employees are amazing and treat you so well best customer service overall in my opinion and I always get gas from here because they have a app that makes it 10x easier to get gas I even come to Wawa’s sometimes for lunch and the food they make is amazing 10000/10 best place ever I will definitely always keep coming back and will never stop !!!
