Wawa is a mix of a gas station with a takeout restaurant. This Wawa is located in Mango, FL on the intersection of MLK Boulevard and Mango Road. The interior of the store is typical of a Wawa, and the staff is quite good.
Now, it’s time for the food. I got a double cheeseburger with fries and cheese sauce. The burger itself was juicy and flavorful. Exceeded my expectations. However, the fries were just okay, and the cheese sauce felt like a waste of calories. However, I love Wawa and would come back. They have a great variety of food, ranging from sandwiches, Mac and cheese, smoothies, and even burritos.

I’m 75 living in my car. I had to stay while I’m waiting for my apartment to open. I’m a Retired nurse. I came to Wawa every night where I’m relocating. I was ok , I was grateful because I have some disabilities and if the disability space was available in the back , I stayed by the bathroom side in the back. So many people are addicts that pretty much stay there in Seffner WaWa. My heart goes out to people that are unfortunate. Some have absolutely no where to go. I had a grumpy complainer come to my car window one day complaining about my car being in the disabled spot that I was parked in most nights. I took it when I could. Then this man told me his legs were not good and it was bullshi… that I’m parked there , the space next to the disabled sign were less steps to the door! . He never asked about my disability and went in the store to complain. One night he went in the store to complain about me again. One of the girls came out said she was the manager. Banged on my car to wake me up! Said to move over one spot in which I did. I saw the grumpy old man leaving. It was early morning. I called Coporate to let them know. Next thing I know someone tapped on my car again. NO ONE had ever bothered me there. In fact Tiffiney another night manager told the police that I am a sweet person and she doesn’t even know I’m out there. I was nice to everyone until this grumpy customer began to complain. I was police escorted out of WAWA THAT NIGHT! I did nothing wrong. Didn’t even have a confrontation with the manager. That cop told me to leave that night and told me the manager had to come out and tell me. It was a total disgrace to me. 2 young managers with power. They obviously lied to gain that control. Bad place to be at if you want a safe place to be. I bought my gas there, had breakfast, lunch or dinner. Was friendly but it didn’t matter. Corporate is not for the customers in Seffner Florida. They support these so called managers. The store manager was told to contact me and he did but he obviously did not want to be involved because he apologized and said he was busy. He was to busy to talk to me. That was Bill. I had no idea who he was either. I never had a complaint about WaWa. Coporate is not easy to get ahold of. I called and put a complaint in but he not been in contact with me. These kids that so called managers were attentive to that grumpy guy who complained about my parking in the disabled space. The sign does not say not to park there 24 hrs a day. I was gone most days. Thank you for the bathroom privileges. It was also filthy. I cleaned it up as I was used to having clean bathrooms. I reported it but wasn’t taken care of. The oldest gentleman that did that was a very sweet person. I’d have to tell him and he would get what was needed. Another worker that came out to get the garbage was another sweet person. I had never seen these 2 so called managers until that night when she came out and banged on my car to wake me up. Those too should be fired for how they harassed me and treated me.

They don’t normally have fresh coffee at 3:00 3:30 in the morning when I come there before work but that’s okay I went in this morning a lot later because I was off and I was trying to order smoothies for my children and I went and paid for everything and I had a lot of stuff and then I put my stuff in my car came back inside and was waiting for my beverages and sat there standing there for 10 to 12 minutes looking stupid without anyone telling me anything and the woman behind the counter after I made it a point to walk up and look at the screen and see where my order was goes what number are you waiting for, and I said I already paid and she said no you didn’t so then I find out that the cashier didn’t scan the ticket when I put it down with all the rest of my stuff, so I was just standing there for 15 minutes looking like an idiot because no one could do their job no one could scan my stuff so I can pay for it and no one could advise me that I’m waiting on something that’s not being made when they knew I was waiting there and saw me waiting I’ll just stop going to Wawa’s consumerism is going to die because people can’t be decent or even efficient. I bought 2 sandwiches 4 hash browns a large coffee and 2 large cups of ice, and tobacco products over 30 dollars which is why I was unaware I didn’t pay for everything. The lady making drinks new I was waiting and just preferred to stay quiet. Smh.

Rude service – Store was well stocked and fine otherwise- I got to the counter and was waited on by a male employee with a beard working at 3pm 4/25/2023. The employee complained about my phone brightness even after we set the increase brightness option — he grabbed my phone to try and “make it work” – I explained to him that other WaWas do not have this problem with my phone- he kept insisting it was a problem and would not work for me to get my points — I told him I wasn’t leaving without my points – finally he scanned the app SLOWER and it worked. If anyone should be in a rush it’s the customer — he created the problem and gave poor service. Do better, Wawa.

Love the custom salads and strawberry banana smoothies! So far in the last year my orders are ready timely when I get there. I also order through the app 98% of the time. Definitely consider this during peak hours in the a.m and busy lunch hour. I’ve had no issues with the customer service and the staff is polite. Thank you Chris, Renita, Amanda and Kim always!!!!

On 5-3-2025, I came to this Wawa and ordered a chicken sandwich at 1:05 AM. It took these people 41 minutes to make my darn food. I complained to the manager Telessa about how slow she was and she became very disrespectful as most diggers like her tend to be. Telesales needs to be fired for her poor performance and horrible attitude!
